I replaced one that I had before, with this one hoping it would resolve the issues. The issues being wired headphones don’t work and it would charge shut off charge shut off. I’m also wondering why newdery isn’t written on the phone as a brand. Makes me wonder if it’s a knock off.. Going to give this one a try so we will see.

Love the case. Charges the phone 100% additional charge.It stopped charging three months in and their customer support was fabulous. They sent me a new case right away. Even though the first case stopped charging they fixed it quickly. I can’t say that for all vendors.

After having this case the battery is separating from the mold. I also believe this case damaged my iPhone 11 making it unusable and unable to turn on and three Apple stores couldn’t figure it out but had to replace it. I wish they would send me a new one under warranty. The case has been well taken care of for there’s no gashes and yet it somehow decides to separateI’m changing my review to One star because it’s not even oldUpdating Review for battery performance and use:Soo far this is the only case i could find that gives users with the iphone 11 a 10,000mah battery built in the case. It’s heavy because it’s a big big battery case it’s supposed to be big. It is a very tight fitting case which is good makes it feel as if its a part of the device. The case came fully charged and i was able to charge up the iphone 11 to 100Percent with it it only taking away 1 battery indicator i think. I cant remember if it was showing 4 lights or 3 lights. I will update that portion as i use it fullly this week. So far i love the girthy feel it gave my delicate iphone. I feel it gives full protection of the phone but i will also be adding a glass front to keep the screen protected while in my pocket or dropping on the floor with rocks. It does have a lip that goes over the glass so thats a plus. I was super scared of it dropping and slipping out of my hand till this case came in you know these phones are soo delicate now with full glass front and rears. The case material is a hard rubber that is not sticky but slickish in hand. it does ad some weight as well but who cares your rocking a media device with a 10k battery for capturing and video. As of right now i have to say i am shocked Zero lemon a competitor doesnt have a 10k battery for the 11 iphone but soo far this thing is proving to be steller!!! Give it a consideration as its the only one on the market that i have found on Amazon.

Great battery case that does its job. It works and keeps my phone charged ALL DAY AND EVEN INTO THE NEXT DAY on a single charge. Get yourself a second wall charger if you need a thinner case. What do you all expect for a 10,000 MAH CASE?As a police officer who see's hours of youtube while parked under a tree I definitely recommend it.Had a minor issue and the seller / manufacturer honored the warranty thats an A+ from me on customer service.

Everything about this extended battery pack is great, but the charging port is garbage with cheap metal and no support around the plug when the cable is inserted so the port gets loose and the charging cable won’t stay in.

The media could not be loaded. It’s sturdy yet doesn’t last as it doesn’t connect to the phone through the lightning port and charging it then becomes a problem and because the lightning cord that connects inside the phone brakes very easily I don’t take the jacket off, trying to prevent the connection from having difficulty in a matter what I do it always breaks - great battery life.
