What blade angle does it come with? Fine edge implies 20 degrees but I might be wrong.

Typically "Fine Edge" actually refers to a knife with no serrations. Combo Edge would imply a portion of the cutting edge that has serrations, more often found near the handle, but that is not always the case. These knives are sharpened by hand, one at a time on a belt so the edge may vary from one piece to another. The angle is typically 40-50 degrees inclusive, meaning 20-25 degrees per side. That gives you a good balance of cutting performance while avoiding the edge from chipping or rolling, blade hardness notwithstanding. The lower the angle the lower the physical toughness of the cutting edge, may or may not be applicable to your needs.
