Not a miracle, but does help
This has helped calm down my daughter’s acne flares better than other things we’ve tried and we have tried more than I can count. Not a cure, but worth it. She can’t leave it on for more than a few hours or it will cause irritation.

Better than prescribed sulfur medication
My prescribed medication, Plexion sulfur pads, recently discontinued and I went into a panic trying to find a replacement on my own. The plexion pads for 3% sulfur and it was like 60 bucks or somethn. The pads were a pain to use, thick yellow paste you had to use with cloth wipes. But they greatly helped with my oily skin. Now this? This stuff has shown me LITERAL RESULTS in the span of 10 days. I have acne vulgaris. And while the bottle doesn't tell you to do this, I would put this medication on at night and clean it off in the morning. I no longer have white heads on my chin. I've had whiteheads for all my life and they're gone. I mainly apply it to my nose and chin. Blackhead wise, it's hard to tell. My nose is the worst for blackheads, but honestly I'll just keep being persistent with using this bottle and hope I see improvement. The usability of this is 100% easier than what I was prescribed. I use a q-tip since it advises to not shake the bottle. The pink blends into my skin pretty well once it dries. It also doesnt reek like my original medicine. I will without a doubt be buying more of this. P.s. the bottle isn't 100% pink as shown in the photo. My bottle specifically says do not shake. So the clear liquid and the pink have separated, creating a layer of each like one is heavier/lighter than the other. Idk what its purpose means but dont be off put by it not looking exactly like what's shown. After 10 days of use i think im just shy of half the bottle left. Im crazy tho so i apply it pretty generously. I'm asking my fam to buy me their other Kate sulfur option for christmas. Curious how well using both products will be 👀 ---- Edit: once you get to the bottom of the bottle, the mixture seems to not work the same. Its more alcohol left behind and less pink goo. So price wise, you don't get the fulll bottle. But it's well enough I will buy another.

Great product with a minor
This is probably one of the better acne spot treatments on the market. Having both sulfur and salicylic acid in one makes it more effective than salicylic acid alone which is standard for home spot treatments. However, this is my second bottle and I've notice a recurring issue. It dries up when I still have plenty of the pink paste left on the bottom. Then I can no longer use it.

I was feeling pretty low. I didn't want to even leave my ...
After coming off of birth control (which I'd been on for 15+ years), I began struggling with acne for the first time in my life. I'm not talking about a few breakouts, which are frustrating in their own right. I'm talking about full blown acne, all across my forehead, my jawline, my neck, and my chest. I knew it would take a while for my hormone levels to even out and my skin to go back to normal, but after two months of this acne, I was feeling pretty low. I didn't want to even leave my house to get the mail - I just felt so self-conscious. I can't say how well this treatment works long term yet, because I only just started using it. No, it did not eliminate all of my acne overnight, but the difference it made was immediately noticeable the next day. My pimples were smaller, and some of them had come to a head, a sure sign that this treatment was fighting them. My chest acne was nearly gone, which made me cry of sheer happiness. I still have raised acne and it didn't help much with discoloration (but I'm extremely pale and was not expecting a miracle), however it's the first treatment that has actually made any difference. I've tried everything - washing my face with oatmeal and honey, charcoal cleansers, and oil cleansing. I've also used spot treatments including one from Origins and a tea tree spot treatment for Lush. No change in over a month. Now, I'm oil cleansing twice a week, using a skin cleanser fro Lush (Aqua Marina, I believe), and a tea tree toner sparingly (I have DRY skin), and then applying this treatment. I do use moisturizer and sometimes oil as moisturizer, but this has not seemed to help or hurt. I can write back to let you guys know how long it takes for my skin to clear with this, to give any acne sufferers out there some realistic expectations. Please keep in mind, I know my acne is hormonal, but it hasn't budged in months. If your acne isn't hormonal or stress-related, I can't claim this will work. Many of the cleansers/treatments I tried were rumored to be HOLY GRAIL treatments and they did absolutely nothing. Everyone's skin is different, but if you've tried everything else, give this a shot.

Not a miracle treatment, but a good solution
I bought this product after looking at more expensive options like Renee Rouleau's Anti-Bump solution, and hearing iffy things about Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion. This seemed like a promising middle point, and I heard from some blogs that it was a miracle acne treatment. This is definitely not a miracle treatment BUT I still use it every night to lessen my new acne. I put it on trouble pimples or new cystic acne every night. They aren't completely gone in the morning, so I have to use it multiple nights, and even then there is usually still a scar, but it does shorten the life of the pimple. It says to use it multiple times a day, and to work on cystic acne you must apply it immediately when you feel one coming on, but I can't just stop my work day or day out and about to take off my makeup and put on pimple cream so that is almost impossible. It does dry really quick so I can immediately lay down when I put it on at night. Overall, I am glad I bought it. Bottom line is that it does help if used consistently, but doesn't zap your pimples overnight, so don't have too high of expectations.

Merveille
