Callaway Golf MD5 Jaws Wedge

I never had a 60 deg, only a 56 and 50. This really helped me around the green. I can get back spin and land nicely. I love it as it has shaved 5-6 strokes off my game.

Husband loves this. Used it as the indoor range and said he can’t wait to use this summer!

Bought this for my grandson. He loves it! And I would love one for myself. Maybe someday.

The club itself is great. Had a significant positive impact on my game within 130 yards are so. Very forgiving and good control. My main problem was that I ordered a used one that was allegedly in “Like New” condition. It was my first used club ever, but it was clearly fairly used. Many scuffs and scratches, and even had dirt in the grooves. For the $45 I saved, I should have just ordered a brand new one.

I’ve always preferred pitching than wedges along the green side when possible. This club works great for me from 125 and in. I have the 58 as well and the jaws are unbeaten in my club owning experience. As with any club, I’d recommend picking one up in a dicks or local shop to practice a bit but if you play like I do you’ll like them lol

As a very casual golfer I’ve never really had the desire to buy new equipment since I mainly play during the summer. However, I’ve never really owned a wedge and have always kinda struggled with the 3/4 and 1/2 swings from around 100 yards and in. After reading some reviewers I decided to give this club a try. I ordered a 54 degree and immediately loved it after a couple swings at the driving range. I was finally able to play a round and I don’t know if it was a mental thing knowing I had a new club, but being able to put a full swing on the ball from just under 100 yards and sticking it on the green felt amazing. The ball gets amazing spin and was sticking on the green (greens are usually very hard and fast at the course I play). I love this club so much that I just ordered a 58 degree!!! If you’re reading this, stop and order the club already :)

This club is just what I have been looking for. The 50 degree club solves my problem with the in between yardage of my sand wedge and pitching wedge. A nice addition to my set of Callaway clubs.

The wedge feels really great. It produces really good spin so easily, more than my expectation. I purchased Graphite shaft, although my irons are stiff steel shaft, but it feels almost the same level firm and weight as steel shaft clubs.Item i received is exactly the same spec as what shows on Callaway official website. I found Amazon product page detail was a bit misleading, so i worried a bit however, meeting the official spec feels very safe. I am very happy with the wedge.
