I’ve been really liking this cleanser so far. It leaves my skin feeling clean without making it feel tight, dry, or stripped after washing. The formula feels gentle on my skin, and it does a good job removing oil and everyday buildup while still feeling lightweight. It has a nice foamy texture, and a little goes a long way. I also like that it doesn’t have an overpowering scent, which is great if your skin gets irritated easily. The pump is easy to use, and the refill was the perfect amount for the bottle, which I really liked because there was no waste or guessing. Overall, it feels like a great everyday face wash, and I would definitely purchase it again.

My favorite cleanser for oily, acne prone skin. I have battled congested skin since I was 11 years old. Over time I have learned what works best for me and which products are worth the money. This cleanser is by far the best in the game if you have extremely oily, congested skin. It gently cleaned without leaving your skin dry or irritated. It foams up well. Pair it with your favorite moisturizer and you’re golden. I also love when the refillable pack goes on sale. Saves me a few bucks!

I've been using this facewash twice a day for about a month now and out of all the cleansers I've tried this is definitely one of the few that have not made my acne worse. Usually my skin reacts within a week or two of trying new products but with this product it remained calm while still providing assistance for excess oil and little breakouts on my face. The price of this product is slightly higher than some of the other basic drugstore cleansers, but the amount of time I have been able to use this product has been remarkable. If you're someone who wears heavy makeup on a daily basis, you may think that this product is not strong enough or you may feel like it's too gentle; however, it has proven to be a reliable and low-maintenance product for anyone with acne prone/sensitive skin types.

Very reliable cleanser with clean formula and refill option. Fragrance-free, and doesn't irritate my skin. Excellent for daily use. The refill bag is a bit hard to navigate though, kind of floppy to pour from, and the cap broke of for me the first time.

I have repurchased this face wash many times. I love that it makes my skin feel clean but not tight. The container doesn’t leak and has a locking pump so if I pack it to go stay somewhere I don’t have to worry about it spilling all over my other stuff. Gentle on the skin and I don’t get issues with redness, dryness or irritation.

I’ve been waiting for another facial cleanser from La Roche Posay to be restocked but it’s been unavailable for so long that I decided to try a different one. I have sensitive skin that’s very dry in the winter and fall and have to be conscious of what I’m washing my face with. This is a marvellous cleanser that left my skin feeling clean without any tightness or irritation on my face. I’m still going to purchase the other cleanser when/if it becomes available but I’ll still use this. There wasn’t an iota of irritation on my face which is rare for me so I consider this an absolute must have.
