For cold therapy, store the product in deep freezer for minimum one hour before use. For emergency purposes, always keep in deep freezer for immediate use. For hot therapy, place in microwave and heat for 50 seconds.

Not the best, but definitely served it's purpose.
Cover wasn't completely "fabric" but was more like a hybrid of a fabric with a soft plastic-y like coating, which probably isn't even the most accurate way to describe but I can't think of a better one. I was hoping it was a bit softer, but it wasn't uncomfortable. I've felt ones that had a more fabric feel to them.I used these for recovery after surgery and they were formable enough to mold to my face. Kept their cold for about 30 minutes. I'm glad they give you three so you can rotate them. Easy to clean.

Excellent for the Price
They are the best of many that I have used. The fabric cover is clearly a winner. They also are pliable which when wrapping around a joint is a must . They freeze quickly and when taken out of the freezer they last 2-3 hours. I have 2 or 3 of these so they are easily switch out when one is no longer effective. I have not tried them in the microwave yet. Will do that one of these days when I have a need.

I liked it
I ordered 3 of these so I could always have one cold from the freezer and 1 that I can pop in the microwave. With the 2 in the freezer, I can use 1 and have a back-up all ready to go when the other is still re-freezing. These are of a size so they can be placed in just the right spots without being too small or too large. I have chronic pain so I alternate heat and ice; hense the 2 for the freezer, with these I can do that just fine.

Works for me!
I like this much better than the usual ice packs. It still isn't the "cloth" fabric like I would prefer, it's more "vinyl" but notlike the clear vinyl with the blue insides.Stays cold for a good amount of time.

Good buy
A great product to externally comfort pains and sprains and the price was reasonable for a three packs deal. The product boxes were not very easy to fold and use though.

Excellent ice packs
These packs are awesome. The hold their 'chill' for about ten minutes. Other packs have a plastic cover and are cold for a few minutes, not long enough to help. These packs have a fabric feel to them, are flexible instantly allowing them to mold to your shoulder, neck or knee. Stellar!
