Helps keep a tradition going!
In our multi generational home, one of our traditions for Christmas dinner is roasted leg of lamb... Five of them ( hey, there's 16 of us all together, what can I say?)And another tradition is mint jelly to serve along with the lamb legs. And this year, several of the local groceries where I bought it are no longer stocking it. And what they were stocking was mint flavored apple jelly. Not the same as mint jelly.Enter this product. Polaner jellies were what I remember from my childhood, but haven't seen too much down here in Texas.This is mint jelly only. Not apple jelly flavored with mint, but pure mint jelly made with spearmint.And we're comparing apples to oranges between the two types. The flavor of the mint is strong but not overwhelming. We had lamb chops the other day and I served this with it.And everyone was astonished! There's no going back now. Pair this with roasted leg of lamb or with lamb chops and some nicely roasted potatoes and it's on like Donkey Kong!I've ordered some extras for Christmas and I'm sure it won't go to waste.And then there's always Easter too, when we also have leg of lamb.I rank this two thumbs up and a five star buy!Try it and you'll be sure to love it too.DDD

Packaging inferior. Only thin plastic bag and box. Box crushed and glass jar broken.
The product is fine but the packaging is definitely not for glass jars. A thin plastic bag and a box, which was crushed. One jar was crushed.

Polaner Mint Jelly
This is a Great product, and the price was wonderful for 2 jars. Shipping and handling were AWEFUL both jars were Broken and jelly All over the box. Thanks to Amazon I was able to get a Refund as this product is Not Refundable. You don't just put 2 Glass Jars in a box with NO PROTECTION, sure they are selling a lot of products but 99% is going to Trash and the customer is paying the price!
