I Love how its made, it has a contoured design for you body. Extra covers are handy because i eat at my computer desk. It also has an excellent amount of firmness. I had a foam coccyx pillow wedge before and it would go flat, and i only weighed 112 pounds. This pillow doesn't go flat, keeps my coccyx pain free as i sit in my computer chair for hours on end. I think the pressure vs softness is great. Remember to lower your computer chair a bit because you will sit higher than normal. But seriously, im so happy i found this pillow, suffered 5 years and finally found a great solution, will buy again, arrived fast too!

This cushion arrived promptly as promised. I find that the cushion is a bit thick for my car however it works great in my office chair at home (and in the office). I drive a Toyota Avalon and the cushion may work better for a man or taller woman (I am 5' 7"). I used the cushion in my boyfriend's truck and I am much more comfortable with the cushion, meaning my boyfriend will be happier because I complain less about his uncomfortable truck. I think this cushion is great quality and I love that it came with two covers, but it has a really odd but strong smell that I can't seem to neutralize. The smell comes from the foam itself, so washing the outer covers didn't help. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Overall I think it helps tremendously, but the smell is quite distracting.

I have arthritis in my lumbar spine, which makes prolonged sitting uncomfortable. In the past, an hour in the car caused sciatic pain and a long trip could get pretty miserable. My new cushion has changed all that. I've driven one trip of over100 miles, without a twinge of nerve pain. Now I'm looking forward to an upcoming 400 mile drive with great confidence that I'll be comfortable the whole way. I should also mention that the cushion stays put on the car seat and doesn't have to be adjusted every time I get in the car; a big improvement over other cushions I've tried.

I researched for many days before purchasing a seat cushion. This is my second Liliyo, I bought my for my tailbone injury, it works very well and does not flatten. I did try another brand called ComfiLife, it did not hold much weight and flattened as soon as I sat on it. So I returned that and bought another Liliyo! (Also, I thought it was so silly for them to give you extra covers, but boy was I wrong! After spilling on mine I was so glad there were extra covers! And they are easy to wash!)

So far the pillow is meeting expectations. The only thing is, my chair seat is bigger then usual. Before I got the pillow my lower back, rear and legs would hurt after a while, especially after I got up. I was limping and it hurt to walk. The lower back was the worst. Since The pillow I don't hurt any more after sitting for long periods at the computer . Just realized this is a car seat cushion. Mine is in my computer chair. If you have a much bigger cushion, I would buy one for my daughter for her computer chair, She is a big girl and would not fit this size.

This item arrived packaged nicely with an additional cover. It has a soft outer cover. I purchased this product to relieve lower back pain and needed something to add support my tailbone area.For my car, it does not fit well in the seat - the cushion is wide, and my car is a Toyota Tundra. I was hoping for more support towards the back of the seat vs. the same support all around. The cushion made me sit much higher in the car seat than I like. I will not be using it in the car as I had intended. Maybe it would work for someone else, but unfortunately not for me.

I have been using my new seat cushion since Monday. I find that it definitely gives my spine additional support. I've been using it in my work van. It has a short wheel base and tends to ride rough. Having the seat cushion helps absorb some of the jolting. The only the only thing I'm adjusting to is where to position my seat so my legs don't feel like they are hanging against the front ends of the cushion. I would recommend this cushion to anyone having back issues for extra support.
