I was looking for a loud speaker for outdoors and things. This speaker gets loud BUT automatically cuts off when u turn up the volume "too loud" so you never get to actually use it at its loudest... I may be returning for something else that doesn't automatically turn off.

Nice little speaker
Oh, these reviews make me laugh. Let me just say that these people that received this item in exchange for their review...well I'm not going to call them liars, but it seems that they all have the same opinion of this product, and owning one myself, I definitely have to disagree. I purchased it through a rewards program. I anxiously anticipated it's arrival, only to open the box and find it missing the instruction manual, auxiliary cord, and USB cable. I contacted the company, and after some going back and forth I finally received an auxiliary cord, USB cable, and microphone. So I have two microphones but no instruction manual. Well I figured out the Bluetooth connection. I have no idea if I charged it properly so I guess we'll see what kind of battery life I end up with. As far as sound is concerned, I give it 7 out of 10. It's definitely not "police call worthy." (That one was funny) nor can it be heard "all the way" at the other end of my house on the second level. But it's loud enough for me to put in the middle of my downstairs and turn it up while I'm cleaning without having to carry from room to room like other portable speakers I've had. The speakers are on the ends. There's nothing in the middle. The bass comes out one end, and the treble comes out the other. That's pretty irritating. And there's no indicators on the controls. So you have to adjust the sound just audibly. It's difficult to set the bass and treble equally without knowing what they're set on individually. I haven't used the SD card or USB music streaming. Nor have I used the microphones. The handles are nice. They fold down onto the top of the speaker so they're completely tucked away. Overall it's a nice little speaker. Definitely not worth $200. But given the functionality and sound quality, I think it's worth $70.

Sounds Great..
Well well. I am a real customer who purchased this item and i have to tell you for the price and the sound is so worth it. Of course you can't compare with Sony, Bonos, Bose, etc. but its in there for a BT speaker, light weight, you can carry anywhere with a mic for karaoke fun and all the inputs it has. You can connect it to anything. The sound is great, you can control the treble and bass. The bass is not that great but if the sound is clear is good enough for me. Its very loud. I used it with my cellphone and my USB drive and it connects fast. I control the volume from my device and like i said is very loud. I've used this several time in my home, friends gathering, the park and at work. Now i will be using it for Thanksgiving at home.

99% of these reviews are trumped up and fake.
Sound quality is subpar, no bass for such a large unit, distorts when turned up. My Project G, G-Boom sounds better and has more bass. I'm absolutely dissapointed in Denali Audio. Save some money and get the Sony SRS X5.
