Cut to size, very well packaged, and arrived in three days. Excellent quality, very solid and looks very stylish. Carefully measured and drilled one top raw plug. Screwed the one master top screw in place (but not to tight) and using a walking stick to hold up the bottom end to line up to existing handrail. When happy with the position marked the remaining 8 screw fixing points on the wall, unscrew the 1 master top screw and lay the new handrail on the stairs and carefully masonry drill the 8 remaining fixing and fit your own raw plugs. Re screw in the master top screw loose and each of the remaining 8 screws, tighten up all 9 screw. Hope you find the new stainless steel handrail as helpful as I do going up and downstairs. Just wish I had fitted it years ago.

Arrived well packed undamaged and early. I had 2 lengths both in the one package with all fittings.Had some problems putting it up, as I am over 80 I needed some extra assistance on the 3.25m one but did the 1m length with just the wife as fitters mateI had a bow in the wall the rail was flexible enough to compensateAs you can see in the picture it looks nice and modern

Lovely satin finish stainless steel. So easy to fit as brackets already fitted. Mounted on wall at side of house for safety reasons going up and down steps. Due to weight of this size and lining up the holes for fixings, it needs at least two people to fix it.

item was delivered while we were at work and left in drive which is completely open in a busy area, anyone could have taken it. Not happy with delivery service. The item itself looks good.

Excellent quality. If you are looking at this product, there's no need to look any further. This IS the one you want. Looks like it should be more expensive than it is and the finish is quality too. Very sturdy one piece handrail to finish of the staircase. Very pleased customer.
