It does the job.

This is a reorder...Really gets to the root of the odor problem from indoor accidents. The carpet cleaner who came out after I treated the carpet where my Mom's dog had soiled the dining room carpet was impressed with its effectiveness. Be sure to saturate the area with more than you think necessary to treat the spot. Urine stains are like icebergs - most of the odor-causing deposit is underneath the carpet in the pad and is spread over 3-4 times the visible spot area. Pour it on, walk on it with clean shoes to work it in thoroughly, and leave it alone!! Do not blot, just let it dry naturally as that is how the enzyme action works best. The odor will escalate for the first 48 hours, and then as the enzymes have effect begin to dissipate. There may be some stain left on the surface of the carpet, but that is easily removed with standard carpet cleaning. AIP works on cat urine (took two treatments), and has reliably mitigated dog urine with one treatment.On a side tangent - carpet "dry cleaners" who buff the surface of the carpet do NOT clean the carpet. Get a hot water extractor or hire someone who does hot water extraction!!! You need plenty of water and good extraction to remove dirt from carpets. After treating the carpet, and having it professionally cleaned, the dog has not re-soiled this (or any other) area.

it works, lots of stuff gets soaked or sprayed with this and comes out ok. Follow the instructions. empty the litter box more regularly. and if it doesn't like laundry left on the floor, then pick it up!

If I could give more stars, I would! After purchasing every pet cleaner out there and hundreds of $$'s later, I finally found stuff that actually works!! I've tried everything on our basement floor and have never been able to get the smell of dog urine out .. bought this stuff a week ago and have been soaking one section at a time, covering it with a tarp and allowing it to sit for 24 hours. The smell is GONE!!!! Our basement is usable again and I dont feel dirty when I'm in that area any longer! This stuff is magical!

It works and no odor.

This is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it works really well and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Most of the time it works pretty well if you use multiple applications. But I would say of the dozen gallons that I've purchased over the years, three of those have been completely ineffective. I don't know if the enzymes decompose or what, but it has zero effect. It's only been used in one home for one cat, so it isn't like it works on some things and not on other things comments just one cat and his pee is his pee.

This gets the job done when you have cats that choose to pee on the tile rather than in the litter box.
