Detangling Comb 100% Recycled USA Made Wide Tooth Comb Detangler Brush

A comb that works well for shower detangling AND that I can feel good about. Worth a couple extra bucks to get a quality, USA recycled-material product that will last instead of something cheap from a chain store. I wish it came in a travel size too!

I expected this comb to have smooth ends on the teeth, so as not to scratch your scalp, And after paying $18.95 for this simple plastic comb, I wouldn't think that would be a problem. But I was wrong. The ends of the teeth have a seam in the plastic-right at the tip-making it a rough surface to the touch. Because I have thinning hair it is an even bigger issue for me. But thankfully, Amazon has GREAT customer service (Love Amazon) and it was simple to return. It's easier than I thought to call Amazon-just go to "help" on the online site, and scroll down to "Browse Help Topics"-place the cursor arrow over "need more help"-see on the right and click on "Contact Us"-answer some ques. about the order and scroll down-follow directions and eventually you'll see "how do you want to contact us?"-choices will be "phone or e-mail etc.-click on phone and follow instructions-very easy and I'm not very computer savvy. The people that answer your call are always very polite and helpful. You put in your phone number and they call you back immediately as soon as you click on "call me".

I use this to comb leave-in conditioner through my wavy/curly hair before getting out of the shower. It works great and the hook is perfect to keep it off the counter (more sanitary).

I use it in the shower while rinsing out conditioner. Hook makes it convenient to hang. I try to give preference to recycled /renewable materials products. So this works for me.

I really like that this is made from recycled materials. It does a good job of combing out my wet hair. I'm giving it 3 stars because I find the handle uncomfortable since it is so narrow. Sometimes my hands can be a little stiff, and a more substantial handle would be easier and more comfortable to use. I do still use it because I haven't yet found anything to replace it with.

Smooth finish and perfect for detangling child or adult hair in the bath or shower. I love that the plastic is recycled.
