Was skeptical at first as some reviews said it wobbled when tightended. It’s solid and does not wobble and feels just as secure as the Sony one. Would definitely recommend.

No more having to faff around, can use it with the quick release on my tripod and go from hand-held to mounted and back again in no time at all. Only downside is it's far less comfortable to hold that foot than the built in one

Sony would be well advised to produce an accessory just like this. Brings all your tripods and monopods into play. Worth every penny

Fed up with attaching a plate so purchased this foot to save me having to. Works fine.

Works a treat on my 200-600.

The only thing is the threads on the bottom aren’t flush with the bottom of the plate so it won’t slide in the gimbal mounting plate as they catch on it. So I think this is too expensive for what it is. Shame could be a good bit of kit.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought the lens used came without a base and found this. This is a super solid piece when tightened down. Spring loaded retainer is a bit flimsy but entirely made out of metal. I Have no worries about carrying the l and camera by this zero movement when on lense multiple thread size holes in the base. this allows me to balance setup perfectly on a tripod base and adjust forward or back to make it easier control. The base is 4”x1.25” and has 2 standard mounting holes for cameras that are center to center 1.25” apart 3rd hole is larger. This fits directly into my tripod’s head.

Seems to be very well made, also easier to carry since it's a bit bigger for when I'm wearing gloves. Since I do a lot of my shoots handheld, the collar gets put on top so I can use it as a handle more than a mount, but it's nice to have the arca-swiss mount for a portable tripod like my Peak Design tripod.

Se monte facilement sur l'objectif et très bien aussi sur une tête Arcasuiss. Très bon produit.

Verarbeitung ist auf den ersten Blick i.O..Da aber das Passmaß offensichtlich nicht stimmt, wackelt der Fuß, mindestens in meinem Fall. Vielleicht habe ich nur eine„Montags-Ausführung“. Ich kann ihn nicht empfehlen.

Fits my lense very well. Was a bit wary after seeing some of the reviews but I seem to have a good one. Footplate is a bit short when I balance it on my Wimberley gimbal head but I can live with that. It could do with a marker to help align it in the gimbal. The Arca Swiss I was using before to attach to the original foot had this making it very easy to set up.
