I like using this flour for many recipes. Baking, pancakes and making fried chicken😃 I recommend this flour. 👍🏼

Super convenient and makes great gluten free recipes
Great to make pastries when mixed with coconut flour. Allows to make gluten free bread/pita without having to resort to fatty flour such as almond flour. Its also great to mask the coconuty taste of coconut flour recipes. Yes the carb content is higher than almond flour but the glycemic index of cassava isn't bad and it's a great way to diversify your food intake.

Look at the color we cooked the same recipe but it did not turn out. As before
We cooked like we normally do and it did not cook like the other brand we used last time. The texture and consistency was not the same it looks completely different. Not happy with results. Please refund and credit our account. Thanks Paul

High quality
I use cassava flour for baking gluten-free goods, and this brand is good because it's certified organic, appears to be very fresh, and is finely milled. So far it's been a great part of the muffins, cookies, and yeast-breads that I've baked.

Brazilian cooking
I wanted some cassava flour to make paçoca and other Brazilian treats, and this fit the bill. It is good quality flour and has been nice to have around to also sub in for my gluten-free friends.

Great price, product as expected. Exactly what I've come to expect from Food to Live. Super fine powder, fine natural smell, and great taste. I look forward to picking up more for our smoothies going forward! Hopefully, FtL will get some keep and other sea based powders soon.

Versatile and delicious
Cassava flour is something to be discovered. We used in Brazilian cuisine for centuries and did expect to find such a high quality product available here in the US. Highly recommendable, extremely versatile (and it’s gluten-free)

For me this wasn’t ground fine enough, which was very noticeable in the foods I regularly make. This is a good option to have available, but not my go to choice.

I used this flour is cassava flour pancake recipe twice and both times it turned out amazing. Love the consistency of the product. There is almost a nutty sweet flavor to it. So good!
