This is cute, and it said it is one size fits all. I am 5-2 and weigh 115. I'm a 34 C and the top part the should go under my breasts, cuts right in the middle. If I lower the arm straps it just pulls my breasts down and the edge lands in the middle of my nipple. The body could fit someone thinner or taller, but it is made for someone with little to no breasts.

Too small, looks barely like pic
When I purchased this item, the product description said "one size fits all", but it really doesn't. The thing was so narrow I could barely squeeze into it. Also, the skirt looks nothing like it does in the picture. The picture makes it look layered and flowy, but in reality, it's just cut at an angle and shapeless.
