It’s expensive but still a great product. When my stomach is upset after a meal or it wakes me up in the middle of the night, I take 2-3 probiotics and within 15 minutes, I feel better. It also helps to prevent reflux. If I eat supper too close to bedtime which is often as I work sometimes 10 hours a day, I take 2 of the probiotics and don’t have to worry about reflux waking me or if I do have a case, it’s mild.

I started having serious "GI" problems two years ago. I was diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis — an uncommon, incurable condition, which can make life miserable. VSL#3 is the only probiotic I saw mentioned in clinical articles about the condition. My own experience is that it works wonders. I still have a restricted diet and take medication, but through my own trial and error, VSL#3 makes a huge difference.

I have autism-linked IBS and have suffered with digestive dysfunction for much of my life. It has gotten worse with age, so I've become more active with trying things to improve my gut health. This product, along with with Saccharomyces boulardii, have had a tremendous positive impact! I took two capsules a day for a month, and the pain, discomfort, bad bowel movements, bloating, and gassiness all subsided. My quality of life actually improved by a very noticeable amount. I'll be continuing the treatment for a second and possibly third month!

Seems to work somewhat where other probiotics didn’t work at all as well as upsetting my stomach. I will wait and see and perhaps reorder to give my system time to adjust.

I am a Zepbound user for about 6 months. I’m also a person with diverticulosis for over 5 years. Add to this, I recently had a knee replacement with tons of meds for pain. All of this has wreaked havoc on my digestive system. Post surgery I didn’t go potty for 6 days and finally gave myself a suppository, but even that wasn’t the most helpful. You name it, I’ve tried it. Then I remembered about 10-12 years ago, a naturopath prescribed VSL#3 for my then IBS, so out of total desperation, I ordered it. Without getting too graphic prior to VSL#3, I had bowel movements maybe once every 2-3 days and every time I ate, I was miserable. I felt exhausted and sluggish all the time. After taking 2 pills at bedtime I woke up the next morning and within an hour, I had a bowel movement Dr Oz would be proud of. I had energy, focus and all the cramps and bloating feeling completely disappeared. The most difficult thing for me is that it needs to be refrigerated and I forget to take it before bedtime because I don’t go in the kitchen. (Note: I prefer taking it at night so I can go in the morning before I start my day. I’m nervous to take it in the morning and have to rush to find a bathroom when I’m on the golf course on someplace that isn’t convenient). I’ve tried so many probiotics, and was even told to take MiraLAX or Hayley’s MO by doctors up to 2 times a day, Metamucil, BioGard, and so many others…. Nothing works like this! Yes it’s expensive. Yes it’s inconvenient to have to put it in the fridge. It works! It works during the night. It works every day. It’s worth every freaking penny! I feel great!

One of the best probiotics I’ve used. I’m gluten and lactose intolerant and often experience bloating, and this has helped noticeably with digestive comfort. It feels effective without being harsh, and I saw results quickly. The only downside is the price, I wish it were more affordable. Still, it works very well and I’d recommend it for anyone with sensitive digestion.
