I love this tassel maker. It’s easy to cut and easy to take off. Great Product.

I little bit hard to keep in place when winding. But all good and fast to make tassels.

It works for small jobs. Definitely making things more efficient. I ended up having to tie the base down to a small box because I couldn't get all of the suction cups underneath to stick. I also feel like I need to oil it with some WD40. Turning the crank has an amazingly annoying squeak. This made it 4 Stars. Overall, I would recommend it.

I was hoping that all of the negative reviews were wrong and I could make this product work for me. I really wanted it to work! There is so much potential for this, but the way it is currently made, it just doesn't work. First of all, it needs to stick to the table, but the suction cups don't work. After 15 minutes of awkwardly trying to make a tassel while it wouldn't stick to the table I finally pulled out a few large glue dots and stuck them to the bottom. That made it stick nicely to the table, but then I noticed the tassel loops starting to slide off. I then noticed the metal beams were leaning towards each other because the plastic piece was bending. I was careful not to pull the string tight and they were securely screwed in, so I have no idea why it happened. I tried to gently push the plastic in the opposite direction and it snapped. My guess it must have had a crack in it. I was able to make only 1 tassel and it took over 20 minutes. I then made a tassel wrapping it around my hand and it only took a couple of minutes. I would love a tassel maker. Just one that works.

The concept is good but the execution leaves much to be desired. As many others have said, the suction doesn't work making subsequent operation of the tassel maker very difficult and frustrating. I'm still figuring out what to do so I can use this. I may permanently adhere it to a piece of wood but I am not sure.

The first one couldn’t withstand me kicking it when rearranging my work room. But I love it, so I had to replace it. It makes winding tassels very easy. I ditched the suction cups it comes with and attached to work surface with a Velcro strip, which makes it more stable when winding. Prefer it to other manual tassel winders.

I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH PUTTING IT TOGETHER, BUT I'M NOT GOOD WITH INSTRUCTIONS. SO MY NEIGHBOR HELPED ME GET IT TOGETHER. AFTER GETTING IT TOGETHER, I LOVED IT. WILL MAKE GREAT TASSELS FOR MY AFGHANS I CROCHET. GLAD I GOT IT.

The idea behind this is a good one, however, the suction cups are a major fail. Some would stick fine but there were 2 that didn't stick to my table nor the machine.
