Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner 2.0 (2nd Generation), Intelligent Cleaning Machine for Soft Contact Lenses, White

So this is the 2nd ultra sonic lens cleaner I’ve tried. The first brand was cheaply made and didn’t work right. This one is extramly well built and seems to work well. The vibrations are actually strong where I could see that this would actually work! When I was done using it I could see visibly that the contacts lenses were crystal clear, no build up or smudges or anything! I don’t recommend using for storage for longevity purposes. Once I’m done cleaning I transfer my contacts in a normal storage container overnight to soak, sanitize, and rehydrate. This device makes cleaning more sanitary so your not using your hands, and just makes contacts wearers lives a lot better!! UPDATE: Today is the first day officially wearing my contacts all day after trying this product. I can say without any doubts that this product works and it’s not my imagination. My contacts which typically I can feel in my eyes all day long I haven’t felt. I’ve actually had to check my eyes to make sure my contacts didn’t fall out because I can’t feel them in my eyes anymore and that’s due to how clean they are which is all because of this product! I highly recommend it’s worth the money!!

I wanted to get my hard, gas permeable, Scleral Contacts as clean as possible. They kept getting protein deposits after 4-5 hours, and even the protein-washing drops were not helping as much as I had hoped. I took a chance on ordering this, hoping that it would provide a deep cleaning, which would slow down the protein smears, allowing me to wear them longer, without cleaning during the day. While the clasps are designed for smaller, less convex, lenses, I slip them in place, without snapping the clasps (too tight, might damage the lenses). I add in the H2O2 I normally use in the cleaning kit, I carefully place the lenses into the solution-holding bottom, and then I turn it on. After four minutes, I remove them lenses, dump the H2O2 solution into the container for 6-hour cleaning, top it off, then I put the lenses in that holder, and close it up for a thorough, sterilizing, cleaning overnight. In the morning, they come out squeaky clean. I rub them with Bio True solution, then I put them in. After more than one month, I have had them go for 8+ hours without protein smears blurring my vision! The deep, ultra-sonic, cleaning seems to ward off the protein smears like nothing else can. I am completely happy with the results. I will never be without an ultra-sonic cleaner again! One of the lenses typically falls to the bottom of the reservoir, when I assemble the top and bottom, but it has not resulted in any scratches after one month of usage. I was able to snap one of the lens holders, once, but it was very tight, and I have not needed to snap them shut, since: the lenses are loosely held in place by the hasps, but it is not an issue. The unit cleans them, superbly, even though the Scleral Lenses are too big for the hasps. Careful handling allows full function, full, deep cleaning. Cheers!

Purchased this. Used it consecutively for several days. Did nothing. Sounds good conceptually but fails to do the job it should. In the manufacturer's pamphlet it actually says to throw the product away after a few months! I have never seen this on any other product in my life. Don't waste your money.

You should buy this just for the amazing customer service alone! I ordered this for my soft lenses that I wear daily, it does a good job at removing protean deposits that would otherwise be missed by the hand method. I owned other cleaning units where they were made out of plastic and found that the compartment holding the lenses would eventually always rust. This unit Is very similar to those peroxide solution cases but are housed in glass instead of plastic, (so no rust) that rotates And cleans your lenses with vibrations. It comes with a micro usb cable, 2 sets of plastic tweezers and eye plunger accessory and additional rubber gaskets in-case the one underneath your unit falls off or gets lost. My unit actually had an issue where only one side would rotate the lenses. I contacted the seller about this and they offered a FREE replacement without needing to ship the unit back! They even did multiple follow ups just to make sure that I was satisfied. Compared to other cleaners here on amazon it’s reasonably price for what you get and if you have any issues you can rest assured their customer service will be pleased to assist!

I've had corneal damage due to years of combat sports so I eventually had to begin wearing hard contact lenses to help maintain the shape of my corneas. A major problem with hard lenses is that they can get uncomfortable very easily due to irritants, dust, hair, dryness, and protein deposits, among other things. I decided to give the UpaClaire Ultrasonic Contact Lens Cleaner a shot to see if it would help, and it does. After the first 3 minute treatment, my contacts almost felt like they were brand new. I've had this for a week now and I can wear my lenses with only a minimal irritant build-up, and less dryness. The only downside is that I want to use this daily so that means using more contact multi-solution, which means my monthly cost for that will go up but. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.

but this worked great, and in only a few minutes. i use monthly disposables and once in a while, they get a bit uncomfortable. as if something you cant see is on the lens. they were very annoying today, so in a fw short munites, they popped out like brand new. great product - well worth the money

So far I like this contact lens cleaner . It does a nice job cleaning my contacts and seems better quality than the small compact disc shaped ultrasonic cleaner I had been using. Those were cheaply made and inevitably rusted out at the connection and wouldn’t charge. This one has a design that seems will prevent that problem. The only reason for the 3 stars is the RIDICULOUS amount of cleaner you need to use EACH TIME to clean your contacts each night. I have started using the same solution 3x in a row because I will go broke buying solution if I follow their instructions to change it after each use. Otherwise, it works very well.

I'd been on the lookout for a contact cleaning device for several years now. But the ones I saw offered had mental basins to put the lenses in; that didn't sit well with me because I worried about rust and scratching my lenses. When I saw this one being offered, all plastic with a handful of rave reviews, I finally took the dive and couldn't be happier. I have colored contacts I use for costuming and cosplay (and fun) that are too expensive to just toss after several weeks or months. And I take very good care of my contacts, even going so far as to store them in a ziplock bag in their containers to prevent them from drying out. (I had that happen once between conventions and I was fortunate to be able to rehydrate a set back to normal with no problem.) This device cleans off any debris that might irritate my eyes really well. It's like putting my contacts in day one from breaking the seal. And while I have no idea how the vibrations (scientifically) clean them, it works. And it is cool to watch my lenses kind of spin in their little 'cages' as the device does its thing. So if you're thinking of buying this to keep your lenses clean, you should; it's worth it. I'm personally looking forward to making my normal lenses last much longer.

It just does not clean even after 2 - 3 operations.., Worst is we cannot return it

Lo spacciano come ultrasuoni ma non lo è , non è altro che un "vibratore" meccanico e quindi a mio avviso non così efficace , il liquido con perborato rimane l'unico vero disinfettante per lenti.
