No leaks whatsoever!
When I tell you this has to be made from heaven itself. It’s super different than Always (what I used before I switched) because it’s made from cotton, organic, I don’t have that sweaty feeling down there anymore or even semi-itchiness. And the best part?? NO LEAKS!! I’ve always been having such heavy heavy flow since I got my period and it’s been hell trying to keep it from getting in the way of ruining my pants or underwear. Even with using Always Size 3 (the bigger the better since I need full coverage) I would have a leak somewhere but with these?? They’re definitely smaller than size 3 Always but they don’t move, stay in place, and most importantly keep everything in place as well!! I’ve had ZERO leaks since switching over and it’s been such a life changer!!! Definitely recommend even if you wanna try it out!

The best pads for sensitive skin 10/10
I have extremely sensitive skin and all lithe pads have given me a rash down there. I was using re-usable pads for the last year and they are so expensive and horrible to clean even when you know what you are doing. Too much time that I don't have. These are the best pads in the world to me. I am now going to stick with these forever🩷 Holds up during my heavy flow days, no irritation, disposable (saves time). I would really recommend them to anyone wanting a real cotton pad. There's NO wood pulp on the inside which makes me get rashes, just cotton! Thank-you so much for creating such a great product for women😊

Regular commercial pads make me sick. These don't!
After Always changed their pads in 2013 I developed a sensitivity to them that manifested as a UTI every cycle. (As if having your period isn't enough torture.) After months of discomfort, worry and negative tests at the doctor's office I finally figured it out. The results of my research into alternative feminine hygiene products is as follows: if you are sensitive to commercial pads that contain plastics and chemicals, your options come down to 1) cotton disposable pads, 2) "mama cloth" reusable cloth pads, and 3) a cup such as the diva cup (basically a silicone shotglass that is worn internally like a tampon). Mama cloth sounds gross, but it's actually very comfortable (no crinkly noises and sweaty plastic in your underwear) and it isn't soggy or smelly. It is a little inconvenient to carry around and to wash, though. I found that pads with PUL (waterproof backing) and synthetic fabrics like minky also caused me issues so if you are trying them go for organic cotton and hemp pads. You can find sellers on Etsy. I bought a diva cup but never used it. Some women swear by it, especially because it allows you to do things like swim while you're having your period. Finally, cotton disposable pads. I chose Organyc over the less expensive Natracare because a reviewer said she developed a sensitivity to the wood pulp filling in Natracare pads. Organyc pads are slightly expensive (about $1 apiece) but so worth it not to have an infection every month. After reading reviews for Organyc's other products I settled on the night time ones because the day ones apparently don't stay in place. These are thin and long and the wings keep them where they should be. They are pretty much exactly the same as your regular pads, so there's no mental acclimating necessary as with mama cloth or a cup. If you are having pain, dermatitis or UTIs associated with your period, try these. You will not go back to your regular pad.

Great absorbency. Clean soft feel. Gets full faster!
I’m very happy to know that this pad is 100% organic cotton. It feels great against my skin, I bought the heavy absorbency and compared to other traditional brands it absorbs extremely well!! I’ve tried many toxic free and organic pad brands and so many of them the blood rolls off the surface but this has superb absorbency. Dare I say better than the traditional ones. You will need to change it more often. I don’t mind because I know it is a cleaner product. I definitely recommend the product. This is my first time using it and I bought two packs to test it out before going all in and stocking up which I will now begin to do!

Great pads but a little expensive
I switched to using this brand after developing a very serious allergic reaction to the brand (Always) I had used without any problems for almost twenty years. Unfortunately I suffered for about a year with progressively worsening itching, burning, and eventually open sores in that area... before finally making the connection. I have never worn the same pad for more than four hours in my life and am very disappointed that a brand that I had trusted ended up causing me so much distress. After changing to Organyc pads the immediate discomfort disappeared and my symptoms cleared up completely after about six weeks. To be honest, I still didn't want to believe that it was the menstrual pad causing the issues and tried to use my old brand again on three separate occasions with the same unpleasant reaction before I was able to accept it. Organyc pads are definitely more expensive than many other brands but very worth it if you have experienced problems with leading brands but are still looking for a disposable pad. I would recommend these :) and simply suggest that you keep an eye on pricing for when you can get them cheaper and just stock up at those times. Keep in mind that you will almost certainly need to change these pads more frequently than you have been used to with some other brands, but that's actually better for freshness and hygiene, and at least you don't need to worry about lingering discomfort the rest of the month. On a heavy flow day I will typically change my pad every 2-3 hours during the day and once during the night and have had no issues with leakage. I go through about 4-5 packs of pads per menstrual cycle.

Not sure about these
This one is difficult to review because on one hand they definitely do NOT have all the chemicals and irritants as regular store bought. However, they advertise for heavy flow but are as thin as a light pad and too short for a heavy flow. The tricky part is that they do actually absorb well so if you use two of them, its not so bad....so its really hard to say with these 🤷♀️

Cotton is just better... PERIOD.
After using this item ONCE, I noticed no odor associated with irritated skin. I struggled for years with post-period irritation and redness and odor that completely vanished and has never returned in my nearly 10 years of use. When my friends, always embarrassingly, talk about odor and irritation issues I always recommend the Organhc line of feminine products.

I'm sad to leave this review for these pads
I'm sad to leave this review for these pads. I have lichen sclerosis, and I was hoping to find an alternative to always infinity pads, which make my condition worse. These pads seems to work alright... When they stay in place. The sticky parts of the pad don't stay sticky for long, maybe like 2 hours and then it all bunches up. I normally wear super in always or Tampax, but soak through a heavy of these pads in 3 hours. Lastly, they are pretty expensive, and there's not many in each box. I have to use two boxes in order to get through my whole period. I will try to size up and hope that maybe the heavier duty versions don't bunch as much. Wish me luck! Edit: Just one hour after posting this review, I went to work with a fresh pad on and bled all over my office chair because the pad folded in on itself again. I have changed my rating to a one. No matter how absorbent it is, if it doesn't stay in place there is no point.

Clean and fresh as nature should be.
I like these pads very much. I recently developed many allergies to certain foods and daily use chemicals, so I have a hard time with using just the most basic things for my personal hygiene. I have to say these are a God sent for me and I appreciate companies like these to make a difference in the products they make to be more natural, skin friendly and clean no garbage added in them. As for absorbency my periods are light but very messy with any other product I used. I had to use incontenance panties until now because nothing would retain my flow consistency. I had no messes with these they do take it all in. I hope they make even thicker pads to retain more volume, for the busier days when can't change that often sort of thing. But they are an indispensable product to me. Very comfortable, lasting clean feel, very good product.

Great
So happy I gave these a try. No more chemicals because of the store bought pads. No leakage and absorb quite a lot.

Enamorada

Will I buy them again, no!
I wanted to try a new brand based on the reviews I read, but unfortunately, I found a few drawbacks. The pads are not suitable for heavy flow, and their length makes them impractical for overnight use. Additionally, the adhesive doesn’t hold well, causing them to shift out of place. The one positive aspect I appreciated was their softness, which felt nice against the skin. Am I going to repurchase it, no, unfortunately!
