Tool for Sea Star hydraulic cylinder
This tool worked great for disassembly of a Dometic Seastar hydraulic cylinder. However, tool pins fit very tight in cylinder end-caps. Tool pins should be worked into end-cap hole until all three pin fit.

Expect Disappointment
Pros: -After much effort was able to make it work...destroying the tool and making future work on the hydraulic cylinder cap near impossible. Cons: -All the cons..... -Not Stainless, Nickel Coated, or in the white as shown in the picture. Came in raw coated steal that rubbed off while using. -DID NOT FIT THE HYDRAULIC CAP'S PIN HOLES. The Two adjacent holes were to close together (too small of a diameter). I could only get two pins (middle and one of the sides) to fit at any one time, left the third out which caused too much pressure on the two used holes. -Pins are not strong enough for the job, the screw heads broke off in use and the shafts deformed under pressure and bent, they are now unable to be removed or replaces. -The pins were not large enough to fill the cap's pin holes, causing them not to be fully supported in the hole and over stressing both the pins and the cap's pin holes. The cap's pin holes were carved out and now have essentially ramps on the edge that prevent the pins from grabbing. Think a feed ramp in a gun.... I think I would have caused less damage to the hydraulic cylinder cap with a pipe wrench....

Worked great Suzuki df150
2006 suzuki df150 wrench worked perfectly, was worried since the caps had been on for 19 years in and out of saltwater. Had to leave the pins loose then place on the cap and tighten in place. The cap broke right loose with only an 18 in breaker bar.

Pins are weak
All the screw in pins busted 1st use. Main body of it is solid but slightly off in size didnt fit 100%. Ended up having to use a pipe wrench so was a waste of money.

Got the job done.
It worked for what I needed, but one of the pins broke almost immediately. I finished the job with two of the three pins on the spanner though. It does come with extra (but not the same diameter) pins so I wasnt too worried. Hopefully it was a "one and done" job and I saved 60 bucks over purchasing a spanner that would do it over and over.

Worked on 2010 Suzuki DF175
This fit perfectly and made removal of the trim cylinder cap easy. Just make sure you have the pins seated all the way and it should work fine.

The pins broke and bent on the first use. I didn't even put much force on the wrench. Waste of time and money.
