This stuff is a game changer. I went from being exhausted to the point of wanting to puke one day and being sore for the next 24 hours +. After using this after BJJ. All of my pain from sore muscles is gone by the next morning and I'm ready to go. Even a pretty sore torn muscle in my chest felt like it never happened the next morning. Almost Magic! The only issues I have is they only offer one flavor. It's good. But I get tired of the same flavor over and over. Also the size of the container is pretty small for the price. But it's worth it as long as they keep their quality up!

I will be the first to admit I don't fall into training supplements. But honestly this stuff works extremely well. I work at least 65 hours a week and still find time to train. So I can get depleted fast. Postroll helps me hydrate and stay energised for the rest of the day and recover for the next training!I highly recommend this product. The taste is not good honestly. Really weird aftertaste, but I feel amazing the next day and ready to get Back on the mats. Sometimes the best things in life doesn’t have a pretty image.

Tastes fine. I don’t know what anyone’s complaining about. I use a small electric wisk to mix it with cold water and it’s like drinking a flat 7up. I have noticed a large decrease in soreness the next morning after hard training the day before. I am a 48 year old purple belt and I train 5 days a week, once a day for about 2-3 hours.

Good supplement. I feel like it helps with Re-hydration & recovery after tough workouts.

Will continue to buy for the foreseeable future. Reasonably priced, effective product that delivers on its claims. I have zero complaints. If a manufacturer happens to read this, I would say perhaps some other flavor options. Not that this one is bad, but it'd be nice to switch things up.

I do not expect every workout drink to taste amazing. This was just awful though. Bitter and honestly could not stomach it. Didn't even make it through half a serving. Tossed the whole container.
