Customer Service
Bought this and was very easy to install and use. One of the detectors didn’t work so tried the listed company contacts that came with item. The links were bad. I contacted Amazon and they were successful putting me in contact with company. They responded very fast and after I sent a video of the issue (not charging) they sent me a new replacement sensor in 4 days. Works fine.I have only one suggestion. The mount only adjusts about 20°. Wish it had a 90° mount but it’s ok. Just know when your figuring out where to mount it a “straight shot” works best.I would buy it again, absolutely. Works great.

Month in, working good
Installed three of these around property. Easy set up. They came already synched with the base which was appreciated. Had to set sensitivity (4 levels) for each area but simple process. Like the rechargeable feature and solar charging as well. Would like to see the base hold the time and volume settings when unplugging and moving to another room like at night. Manual says not to use both batteries and 120 volt at same time. So why not power it with a rechargeable battery pack then? Now we’ll see how long they last. If I can get several years out of them, I’ll be back for more.

If you can ignore small items, it's perfect
It's a long distance, very sensitive, but also because it's too sensitive. One day, it kept ringing for a long time. For two hours, I went out to check and found that it was because there were some butterflies flying. It was too noisy, so I abandoned it

Finally!
I got tired of having to change batteries 3 to 4 times a year with my old alarms. These are great! Holds charge forever. First fully charge with cable then place outside. The solar panel does enough to keep charged. Had installed for7 months and decided to see if I needed to cable charge them again...plugged in and turned solid green immediately...means still full charge. Set different chimes for each sensor so can tell when someone is actually coming down our 150 yard driveway. We live in a very extreme cold weather, snow, ice area. They never stopped working.

The Range is barely 120 feet
Website claims a range of 1,800 feet. this was the replacement of Chamberlain drive way alarm which lost one sensor. this unit's receiver and transmitter placed at the same locations like my old chamberlain which is about 800 feet away from each other. no signal at all. put it in the car and drive back to house from gate around 120 feet it start signaling. not need to mention waited about a month to get this unit from the placing order to delivery.don't waste your time and money, I wish Chamberlain was still in business.

Dependable w/ no false alarms!
This is a dependable kit! I have not had ANY false alarms and I have this on all the time thru rain and wind storms. These are set up on a smaller neighborhood house lot with the receiver indoors. I love how the number of the activated sensor blinks so you know where to investigate first. My only complaint is the blue light up clock screen. Blue is a terrible night time color for a bedside light bc it is so bright, should have gone with red or not lit at all. I covered it with a strip of electrical tape and don't use the clock.

Good product.
I posted these out side to be more aware of what moves in or near me. They seem to not be bothered by the torrential rains we have, and work well. Why 4 stars? No way to adjust the sensitivity. If the sun come out, it goes off. If a tree limb blows or moves, it goes off. It is just to sensitive ! No adjustment. Goes off constantly. That can make you drop your guard so wifey turns them off constantly and especially at night. I might as well had tin cans on a wire out side, because we now have less protection then we ever had.
