It works well, they are double sided and you have the color/number chart to help you keep track of your grit. Unfortunately, the are not really durable and the color of the pad sometimes rubs off on what I am sanding.

Use to sand down to very fine tolerance in ring making, inlay and metal.

Just what I needed!

When I opened the package I noticed a really strong odor. I’m not sure what caused the odor but it bothered me. The pads were really stuck together and they were hard to peel apart. I was worried I was going to ruin them getting them apart. They ended up being fine.The micro mesh pads worked well. I was able to buff out scratches on my American Girl Dolls.The odor seems to be less when stored out of the package, but they still stink.

I use these in wood turning a lot.They'll work wet or dry, I'll use the first 5 wet and the last for dry for polishing.My only 2 gripes would be the color coding doesn't work for the color challenged people and permanent markings fade and they always seem peel apart.
