I received this item as a gift from my husband being that we have finally started introducing solids to our 4 month old. If I could give 0 stars I would. The item arrived in a packaged box to hide the items official packing box that it was in. Needles to say, when taking it from its official box it looked as if it had already been previously used and returned with the cord hanging half way out from its original packaging box. I immediately suspected a red flag, so I removed it and seen that it had been previously used (just as I suspected) with food stains on it as well as on the instruction book. The plastic that covered the power button and function buttons were torn and stretched as well as placed back on with a piece of tape and needles to say again, it wouldn't even power on. Another thing that I didn't like about the product were the use of the function buttons and having to press hold for the item to power on as it did not even power on as mentioned before. I assume whomever purcased the item before me used it until the item no longer worked and then returned it. I really wanted to love and enjoy this product due to the great reviews and to make meal prep easier, but ended up returning the item. I'm now in the process of shopping for a much better blender which I will pay more money for this time. I hope someone else's luck is much better then mine with this item. Amazon please stop restocking items that have been returned due to a bad defect and reshipping them to customer's. Although the return process was smooth and the money was refunded back the next day after returning the item the day before which I give you 1 star for that. It's still such a huge incovience to the customer when having to return the item and a big disappointment when receiving the item and expecting to put it to good use.

Product working well.easy to use.The only thing is that the plastic cups inside will take the color of the food you cook and is not easy to remove. probably with clorox, but i didnt try yet. thats why 4 stars.

Unfortunately it burned on second use. I was just using auto blend, and that it finished I smelled smoke , I unplugged immediately and now sending back . Otherwise worked great with steam and blend, but as I said burned in the end .

I use it for a week now. Really love it , it is very different from regular blender, it works for a small amount of food, easy for making baby food, food will not stick on the container, just a rinse of water will clean it very well, love it about this, it has steam and chop and sterilization function.

The cover of the product has vent holes in it. This is a clear design flaw.For anyone that cooks, this obviously makes no sense if the point of your product is to steam food. The holes are near the steam exit point. In order to get the food to steam properly, the holes have to be covered. I have used a metal plate with a cup on top to ensure it doesn't move. I also set the steam time for a longer interval, which again defeats the purpose of an all in one that is really meant to save time.I do not recommend this product and quite frankly, if the return time hadn't elapsed prior to my first use, I would have returned it.This is my third of such items and this is the only one that has not lived up to my expectations. Really a disappointment since I had high hopes for it.

the lid seems like it’s smaller than the blender So I have to put something heavy on the top to keep it locked

Hi everyoneThis is really a great product. After so many researchers i found this product which is very helpful for me for making my baby food. I have 7 months old baby boy. Were i started giving him solid foods.. Tat time i was thinking if i have separate vessels for baby it would be good during that time i found out this baby food maker. As i expected the product was there fully satisfied. Whoever have baby and started giving solid food i would recommend them to buy this product. It will be easy and mainly time-saver. ☺ ☺
