Usual Selsun product excellence. However, a friend told me she rubs it in on her legs below her knees and lets it sit for 8-10 minutes when her skin ( 55 years old ) gets a little dry and flaky and then rinses off. First she did it 3 times a week and now just once a week. I get dandruff now and then and it's a far better result .. for me ... than the other big name brand and I too now use it twice a week on my legs ( 68 year old white male ) and I'm also very impressed with the result.

We have tried so.many different medicated shampoos to help with my daughters psoriasis , expensive ones, and I went back to one that worked long time ago Best stuff ever . Doesnt burn , or irritate her scalp. Removes flakes and her hair looked amazing afterward. Sometimes the best is something that has been around a long time .

I tried Selsun Blue 2-in-1 Antidandruff Shampoo & Conditioner (Maximum Strength) because I was looking for something stronger than typical drugstore dandruff shampoos, and overall it lived up to the treatment claims — with a few trade-offs. Right from the first wash, I noticed it felt more therapeutic than most ordinary shampoos. The scent isn’t as alluring as regular hair products, but it has a clean, medicinal note that actually feels like it’s working. During the first couple of uses, my scalp felt less itchy and tight — a nice change if you’re used to flaky, irritated spots. The 2-in-1 formula is convenient. It lathers like a shampoo but also rinses out smoother than some other heavy dandruff washes, so my hair didn’t feel overly stripped afterward. I didn’t need to follow up with a separate conditioner, which saves time and keeps the shower routine simple. On the “maximum strength” effectiveness, it definitely performed better than most budget drugstore options I’ve used. I saw a reduction in visible flakes after just a few washes, which is impressive for a product at this price point.

Works as well as the Selsun Blue with the red cap (Medicated Maximum Strength) which is the one I buy normally. I was surprised that this shampoo wasn't blue. It's a peachy orange...like orange sherbet or mango smoothie. And didn't have the menthol smell that I like...instead, it smells ambiguously florally-fruity. It's not an annoying or overpowering scent. It's very clean. But you can still smell the sulfur from the active ingredient. Unlike other reviewers, I love the blue color, menthol scent, and tingly sensation of the Selsun Blue Medicated Maximum Strength shampoo, so I was disappointed that this was different than what I was used to. After using it a bit more, I do like that this is not as drying as the maximum strength. And even though it is not maximum strength, it works just as well and it helps me keep my stress eczema (on my scalp) under control. I almost have no flair ups now as long as I use this shampoo a couple times a week. Just massage it onto your scalp and let it sit there for a few minutes before rinsing out. If you don't like the menthol fragrance or the minty/tingly sensation from the other Selsun shampoo, but you still need to use medicated shampoo, give this one a try! NOTE: My dog gets the occasional dermatitis flair up and I use this on him as well. It works on dogs, too. Just keep it away from their face and eyes.

Gets the job done my son was complaining about flakes so I got him this was it cleared his scalp in less than a week

Selsun blue dandruff shampoo is a great product. It does what it says and leave your hair so soft and refreshing as well as helping to take care of the dandruff. It’s a great company and I appreciate this product so much.

Works better than every other dandruff product I’ve tried and I feel like I’ve tried them all at this point. What’s even better is Selsun Blue is cheaper than Head and Shoulders and Nizarol and way cheaper than some of the fancier brands I’ve tried from Ulta. I use once or twice a week and I’m sooo grateful to have dandruff and itch relief.

Bien 👍🏼 j’ai l’impression que ce qui est écrit sur la bouteille est vrai quand ils disent qu’ils ont changé l’odeur parce que celui que je commandais d’habitude de la même marque était horrible au niveau de l’odeur sur mon cuir chevelu! En tout cas, cette marque est super pour tous ceux qui ont des pellicules ou le cuir chevelu qui gratte, c’est vraiment efficace
