Correct form of Vitamin C and a high quality brand
First let me say that “Seeking Health” is hands down the best brand in all supplements. All of their supplements are affordable too! Dr. Ben Lynch is who we trust above all! He is the guru on “Dirty Genes” and genetic mutations, specifically the MTHFR mutations. (If you haven’t been tested for it, ask for this genetic test ASAP and grab that book!) He started a line that is formulated to be bioavailable for those of us who don’t methylate, detox, and absorb vitamins so well, and synthetic vitamin such as folic acid are super toxic!!! During this CV pandemic, everyone is scrambling for Vitamin C and emptying the shelves of the low quality vitamins, not knowing those aren’t even the good, nor right kind of vitamin C at all! This buffered Vitamin C is great. Also their liposomal Vitamin C is the BEST available!!!With this one, we mix a scoop into about 8 oz of water, stir or shake just a little, and down it goes! I swirl my cup or bottle as I get to the bottle in case any has started to settle. It tastes like lemonade just not very sweet. But it’s tolerable. I’m sure it would mix well with juice. It does have a lemon flavor though, so keep that in mind. Again, Seeking Health brand is hands down the best! Love that we can order on Amazon or their seekinghealth site. (Grab a copy of Dirty Genes by Dr Ben Lynch off of Amazon! It has saved our lives!)

Wonderful for seasonal immunity boost and overall health
Bought this after having a baby and moving in the early winter. I had read on wellnessmama about the benefits of this particular supplement, and wanted something to boost our immunity with the stress of moving and being in a new town with new people. This stuff is AWESOME. Tastes great, mixes well. Hubby thinks it's really bitter, but I find it sweet :) our almost-three-year-old son actually drinks it if we mix it with a little OJ. It's helped both of them heal from minor colds, and it's kept me sickness-free in spite of being around their sniffles and having a cold front hit us this month. I highly recommend it.Only down-side: it makes us all a little gassy. I recommend getting lots of extra fluids and maybe even pairing with a probiotic if you are taking daily. Other than that, no complaints. It is well worth the money, and we plan on continuing to use it.

Why the change?
I ordered this product back in 2021 and it tasted amazing! I ordered again this year in 2023 and the ingredients have changed and the taste is not the same but it’s tolerable. Even though the ingredients have changed I love how effective it is at helping my kids and I when we’ve been sick. I highly recommend this product!

Excellent taste but high price
I bought it as part of a shingles nerve pain regime. It was easy to use, delicious but sodium ascorbate is more economical.

great product- update: still the best
I'm using this in a drink and have been doing well with it. I can't take regular vitamin C, so I'm not sure what they did to this, but I am doing great on it.I try to save $$ wherever I can, so I have tried others since I left this review. This product is definitely the best. It tastes the best and mixes the best (still have to shake drink, but worth it!). I would strongly recommend this to anyone needing a great source of Vitamin C.

High quality
This Vitamin C powder has a pleasant taste. A little pricey, but helped me keep my immune system up and avoid group b strep in pregnancy.

CORN
This was working great for me before my gluten allergy turned to full blown Celiac. (l didn't know that was possible, but it's confirmed by my MD) Unfortunately for me, this product contains Xylitol. Yup, xylitol is corn derived. All these people trying to improve their health using Xylitol toothpaste etc are taking in minute amounts of corn. Note, I am SUPER SENSITIVE, this is probably okay for 99.99% of people just not for me. Unfortunate because I need it for Dr, Lynch's now famous MTHFR ade and cannot figure out a sub for it. Plain ascorbic acid is almost always corn derived as well (from China) but I don't know if that's the case with the vitamin C in this. Dr.Lynch is pretty careful about what he puts in his products. I use his Homocystex Plus and that's saved my life (Homocystinuria and MTHFR 677 AND 1298 homozygous on both).. But I have a whole, still wrapped container of this that I had ordered the week before my Celiac was confirmed. Mayo Clinic had told me last July "don't eat anything that grows on a grass or stalk, no quinoa, no rice. Nothing" and they turned out to be right.
