Evening Primrose the wonder menopause drug
For sleep quality, this is number one. It has also improved my mood. I love the texture, and it is nutritious. I did not know it was good for pain, but I did notice that I usually have a pain in my hand, and whenever I took it, the pain stopped, but I did not know it was a pain reliever. Evening Primrose is a quality product, especially for menopausal women.

Actually works
Very effective in strengthening nails and getting hair to fill in quite a bit. Takes a month or two for results to show, because hair follicles have slow cycles. Recommended as better than biotin or silica by Dr. Andrew Weil, whose advice on supplements is research-driven. Evening primrose oil also is recommended, equally to black currant oil, but it usually costs more.

I noticed my face became smoother, acne breakouts were reduced and my CM increased when I started taking the pills. However, it makes me slightly nauseous.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely repurchase. If I had to mention one small downside, it’s that you need to take three soft gels per day to get the full serving, which can feel like a lot if you already take other supplements. But for the price and quality, it’s totally worth it.
