Price has come down, though still expensive for tape BUT I use them to keep my lidocaine patches on and since they are cotton it breaths better than paper or plastic tape which retain moisture causing the lidocaine patch to lose contact. I also use them to keep my TENS patches on as they adhere well to skin and can be used over the same spot again and again without ripping the skin off. I just use some rubbing alcohol to remove any leftover gum and cleanse the patch area. Makes my patch therapy work. Been using it for over 2 years by the case. I've tried every possible way to keep my patches on and this is best. I gave it 5 stars cuz the price has continued to drop almost half over the years so I eat the cost and avoid the narcotics a little bit longer
