I l made the mistake of not paying attention to the description of the item until after it arrived; however, that does not change my review. This microfiber towel absorbs the water better then a standard towel and it driea faster then a standard towel. Not to mention my daughter loves the design.

I was not happy when I received this towel in the mail. If you are looking for a very thin microfiber feeling towel this might be for you. I didn't try, but I can't imagine this towel would absorb anything. I don't think it would last more than a couple of washes. Would not recommend and if I could I would have given it zero stars. Very disappointed.

This is not really a towel is more like a mat. It is very pretty. Still useful to lay by the pool or at the beach but not a towel.

This thing absorbs water like crazy as it is microfiber material. It's super thin so I didn't think it was going to be good, but I got this for my daughter so of course I washed it first. It is so cute and my daughter is going to love it in her Easter basket.

What to get 4 little girls so no one is upset? The same darn thing! In this case, one opened the gift and "squealed--a Mermaid towel!! Followed by 3 "Hey, I got one too"!!!!

Love the design. My daughter used this towel for her swimming classes. The towel's fabric is different than your regular towel. It has a smoother feel to it which personally my daughter loves more.

This is not a towel at all. I ended up using it as a table runner for daughter’s mermaid themed birthday. Thin and smooth -not plush or absorbent in any way. It’s very nice as a decorative but would not function as a towel.

This towel has a super cute design but I returned it immediately due to the texture/quality of it. Other reviews have mentioned that they like it’s absorbency but this material is not what we were looking for with an upcoming beach trip.
