Great tool!
Incredible tool! The power button makes an amazing difference.

High Quality and design
These cutters are high quality and provide extra cutting power for hard materials. I tried to see what the disadvantages might be using the "Power" button but did not see any real difference. In the "Power" button mode, they cut nails with ease! They are worth the money!!!

Awesome tool
Super sturdy and no chipping. The added leverage from the button is a huge help when you're cutting anything that's on the sturdier side (nails, staples, screws, basically anything other than copper). Only gripe is that the power button gets clicked to an in between spot inside my pouch, locking the tool. Once you use it a bit, you end up just clicking the button automatically when you pull it out, so it's not a big deal at all. Keep it lightly oiled though, it definitely wants to rust

Cuts everything!
My Husband is an HVAC contractor and cuts a lot of metal. I bought these for him and he really likes them. Whenever he uses them on the job he is always asked "where did you get those"?. In fact he borrowed them out the other day and we had to replace them, so I bought the ergonomic set. Even better. He says they cut through everything regardless of gauge. (so far), just hit the power switch for larger gauges, only need one tool! I also have used them around the house when opening packages with the plastic straps. I like them better then the other cutter we had because they cut on the first try. I even cut some plastic hangers for a pinterest project and they cut right through. Lucky for me, they didn't dull from that. They came fast and I will buy another if this pair ever gets "borrowed" again.

More like 20$$$
My first pair of Wiha's broke a year after use. I was cutting some brad nails behind some trim and the tip chipped off which was super lame. I do like the weight, length and quality feel of the metal and grips also the power button is cool and it does make cutting easier. After my wihas broke I went back to using my blue handle Kleins I found in the garbage. About a year and a half later i was going through my old tools and found the Wiha's so i decide to email the company to see If I could warranty these. A photo, 2 emails, and a couple of weeks later they send me a new pair. Hopefully this pair last longer and doesn't break so easily as the last ones or else I won't be using Wiha cutters anymore.

Power button
Best cutters hands down but the power button was weird at first. You have to have the pliers a little open you can hear the button get into a little groove then you can press the button.

Time will tell.
Button was stuck right out of the box. Had the use percussive maintenance to free up the pliers. Hope these wear in better, but not something I would expect from a top quality tool brand such as Wiha. Sometimes I have to work the handles to free up the push button. I will keep them oiled up and in my bag to reduce the amount of dirt and debris penetrating the button. You definitely gain leverage when the "POWER" button is engaged.

Like always. Wiha makes amazing tools
I am electrician and have couple very good brand side cutters. I purchased this to check to see if the power button does anything. Wow big difference when cutting hard nails . Thanks wiha.
