Mr. Color Super Metallic 2 Superchrome Silver 2 SM206 10ml

I’ve been sold on Mr. Color paints for many years now. They airbrush beautifully, and when dry become very durable. The dry time is also usually only a few minutes compared with other paints applied in the same thickness. These paints are not well suited to brush painting, but with practice and experience, it can be done. I hadn’t tried their line of “Super Mettallics” before, so I gave these silver chrome colors a shot. I was glad I did, as they are as good or better than any other brands I’ve tried. I paint a lot of metallic finishes with Alclad paints, but these are superior in finish and color, best of all, they go on in one coat as opposed to other paints requiring a “base” coat. The only drawback I can see is there is only a subtle shade difference between the “Super Silver 2” and the “Super Chrome 2” colors, although the chrome really looks like scale chrome to me. They mask much better than other metallic colors too. One other thing about them, they don’t change shade under a clear gloss coat like some cheaper brands.

A very nice chrome-like finish can be achieved with this wonderful paint when it is thinned 15:1 (thinner to paint) and sprayed in very thin coats over a gloss black surface.

Received this paint one third full. I used one time and the paint w left dried out. Do not recommend.

メタリック系でシルバーが欲しかったので購入 結構輝きもあるので、色々使えそうです

ツヤツヤメッキ感ではなく、マットなシルクメタル感です。下地は艶あり黒。これは必須ですね。マジンガーZのヘッド部分に塗りましたが、質感バッチリでした!

エアブラシで使用しました。 なんか強そうなシルバーです！メタリック感もしっかり出て、なんか、こう、良い感じ！！
