Cleaner and whiter teeth in a week. Does irritate your teeth and gums at times but well worth the brighter smile.

ineffective gel
About 6 months ago I bought a similar set to this, without the uv light. When I saw this set go on lightening deal, I was excited to get it..for the light and the sensitivity gel. My daughter grabbed the sensitivity gel and squirted it all over the wall (gotta love 3 year olds), so I can't say how well that worked. I was, however, disappointed with the whitening gel. Usually, I can tell a difference in 2 or 3 times of using whitening products. After 3 times I didn't really see a difference with this, so I used an old tube I had left from the previous product. Still using the light provided. I could tell a difference after one use with the old product and the light. The light and the trays are fine, I don't know if I got bad batch of gel(?), but I found it to be ineffective.Will order a different brand for next use.

Definitely better than whitening strips
Recently, I've been using teeth whitening strips with little results seen. I've been looking for a faster and better way without spending an arm and a leg. Along came this product which seemed promising. The teeth tray molds were easy to use and form to my teeth. Just by placing them in some hot water, not boiling, I was able to make perfect forms of my teeth. The instructions state to use 0.5ml of whitening gel on the trays, which is around what I used each time, more or less. I have yet to try the mineralizing gel. While using the el and trays for the first time, I did notice that I had some gum sensitivity, which is probably because it is MAX strength. The taste wasn't great, but wasn't awful. I snipped off the tabs at the ends of the trays to make it easier to use the whitening light. I'm not sure the light does much, but I also don't mind using it. I already have sensitive teeth, so I avoided using the gel two days in a row.Overall, I have noticed that my teeth are whiter than when I started. Using the gel for 15-20 minutes at a time is super convenient and it definitely works.I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion and review. However, this is something I would recommend regardless and purchase again.

This is a great product! I noticed a difference in two days. I think it's very strong though because i needed to use the remineralizing gel that comes with it wich I haven't had to be before with other products, which just tells me this one is very effective!
