Of the brands I have treid this has the best results to reduce pain and stiffness from arthritis. Itnis bitter and it works. Get past the taste. Flax seed oil IMO tastes much worse. I have a sedentary job and I get stiff in AC after sitting all day in my office. This has allowed me to gain mobility and function and I can now do squats deeper than ever before. Sinxe childhood i never could bend my knees. With this I've gone from bending at a 70 degree angle to being able to squat deeper than a sitting position. Great for overall optimum lung function-- i am now off asthma meds, and I see less wrinkles, improved hair and skin, mobility, etc.

This product arrived securely packed in a cardboard box inside the shipping box. The bottle was glass and amber in color to keep the oil from light. The smell of this oil is strong but that is the way it is too be. I would buy from this seller again.

This is good stuff. I love the taste and feel of this oil. It really helped my gut, and I use it on my face and hair too.This is good quality black seed oil, and not too expensive.

I bought this product probably a year ago. The oil was dark and the taste was different than the taste in my recently purchase bottle. I'd seen the other reviews saying they felt like the oil was cut with another oil and that's why the taste was different and the color was lighter. But those reviews were after I'd purchased my initial bottle. Regardless, the bottle I just received was lighter and did indeed taste different. That being said, it can't be the same product I had before which I believe was better. I don't have scientific proof, but I just think the stronger/darker oil was better. Until the reason is proven that what they are selling is as potent, I will switch to another brand.
