Hank Marvin and The Shadows Play the Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice

There is nothing to dislike, I have most of the Shadows Cliff Richard Hank Marvin all on CD. This is an excellent addition. If your a fan of the guitar instrumental music it is a softer alternative to blues and hard rock guitar sounds. My tastes are varied but I always fall back to the Shadows and offshoots.

Every thing all ok Hank again as gave us a brilliant cd don't think there's anything he can't play all the tracks was ok on mine great job Hank well recommend

We first heard music from this cd in a garden centre as background music. We liked it then and still like it.Again we have always liked their kind of music.

Classic Hank and The Shadows interpretations of wonderful music! Great value cd as the running time is over 70 minutes.There are 16 tracks to enjoy including my favourites-The music of the night,I know him so well etc.The cd arrived as described and very promptly(i live in Auckland,New Zealand) Well recommended !

one of the best guitarist of all time playing some classic tracks, if you like Hank I am sure you will like this album, good selection of tracks done in that way only the Shads could. Would recommend.

There's nothing wrong with this CD. They could churn these out in their sleep. If you like your Marvin & Co. in their Muzak-mode with straight renditions of tunes, played flawlessly and without any semblance of interpretative life, then you'll love this. I'm sure they could work like a conveyor belt crew and record 'Play the music of' CDs at the rate of several a week . . . music of Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Jimmy Webb and so on and so on. This is a good album to stick on your CD player and leave it playing in the background as ambient Muzak. But if you expect anything like the fire of the early Shadows music, you'll be sorely disappointed.

Hank Marvin plays instrumental versions of Lloyd Webbers crowd-pleasers in his own guitar style.If you like this type of music ( which I love) then this delivers " in spades".Excellent value.Marvin at his best.

It is my husband who is the Hank Marvin fan but when I listen to this CD, I get wrapped up in the joy of listening to good music played with brilliant aplomb.

Petit problème de pressage du CD, le premier morceau "saute", quel que soit le lecteur de CD on ne peut pas écouter le premier morceau.Les autres, pas de problème.On (re)découvre les progénitures de Marvin et Bennett :)
