I was not sure about ordering this but I am so glad I did. This is a great product. I have restless legs and also get charlie horses quite often. This has helped me with both problems. I still experience these problems but this supplement has cut down these symptoms by 80%.

I am one who used to wake many mornings with leg cramps. My doctor did a tissue test and I was so low in minerals. I have tried different combinations and different brands, but found these to be the best. I have a super sensitive stomach but these don't bother me at all, and now I almost never get those leg cramps anymore so definitely worth it.UPDATE: It's been nearly 8 years since I wrote this review an dI am still taking these every single day. Out of all of my supplements and all of my prescriptions this is the one I could not do without. If I forget to take it my muscles hurt and cramp and I feel terrible. It makes such a difference in my life and I just would never want to be without this. It's that much of a life changer for me.
