Great knife but not a useful paring knife
The handle looks like the classic morakniv but is quite a bit thinner but still too big for my XL hands. I am used to peeling by holding a paring knife in my knuckle joint and anchor the fruit/vegetable on my thumb that motion is impossible with the size of that handle. The handle has no indication that would tell me which side of the knife is sharpened and the blade in itself has not much of a distinction between sharpened edge and spine and every so often I try cutting something with the dull side. The blade is too wide to do more intricate work or work through grooved veggies. It looks beautiful and feels great in your hand but after getting some olive oil on your hands it is slippery. I own 10+ mora knives and I abuse one of them for the last 35 years. So it sits in my knife block and once in a while I try and to find a use for it

Its a knife
Not extremely sharp but nice small knife. Not long enough to take care of a decent onion and continually find myself trying to use the dull edge because the sharp side is not very apparent but love the handle.

Nice little paring knife
Sharp, easy to sharpen and the only paring knife I use in the kitchen.

Excellent quality
Super high quality blade, great for fine work where the chef knife is overkill.

Disappointing
while an attractive knife. Not as initially sharp as other moras that I've had. Also, easy to confuse the edged side and the non edged side.

Razor sharp and smooth cutting, well built and if it goes on sale a definite must have for the kitchen.
Nice surprise, this was delivered 1 day earlier than anticipated.Nice little knife for the kitchen, razor sharp out of the box and very smooth cutting which I expect from Morakniv. The ad says that it has an integrated finger guard.....but save some skin, keep your finger on the bolster/scale junction point instead. The spine is thin but nicely polished and provides a good thumb rest for precise cutting and peeling.Hand wash and dry after use. Don't put it in the dishwasher! The only surprise was the size of the box that it came in. It was very long so presumably Morakniv uses the same box but different inserts for their kitchen knife line.I had this knife in my watch list for quite a while and just happened to refresh the list one night just before going to bed. I was lucky enough to get it that way for a very healthy discount and my only regret now is that I didn't order two at that price. I could keep one in my trailer for camping trips if I had done that.
