I wouldn't say this product was spot on perfect, couldn't fault it whatsoever, but for the price compared to the big brands it is amazing. I suffer from multiple neuropathy issues which cause me a lot of pain from neck to fingers and found that using a standard mouse was far too painful. In the past I have tried using a track ball mouse (using the thumb to move a ball to control your cursor) and whilst it helped ease the pain it decreased productivity and if anyone else ever needed to use my computer they found it nigh on impossible. This ergonomic mouse has been a god send! I would prefer it were a bit bigger because I have quite big hands, but that is not the fault of the design that is my cross to bare. It doesn't feel expensive or overly well made, I doubt it would last me through the 20s, but at that price you can't complain!It has a nice texture that makes it easy to grip and control without having to keep a tight grasp. The ergonomic shape of it is massively more comfortable on the hand, wrist and forearm. It takes a little getting used to at first but after a couple of hours it feels completely natural again. Even if you don't buy this exact mouse (though I would recommend it because it is a bargain for what you get!) I would definitely recommend switching to a vertical ergonomic mouse like this.

I have worked in IT for years and don’t suffer with any wrist issues but I used a top brand version of a vertical mouse and found it very comfortable. Not wanting to commit too much I bought a budget version but this is far from budget except for price. Fits perfectly in the hand, smooth to navigate with and the controls are perfectly placed. Button are not too soft to the touch so no accidental clicks but also not stiff to click. Don’t bother with a high end brand unless you need some customisation, save your money and buy this one.

Slightly too left inclined to make this a 5 star review. Sits slightly off from vertical in the hand. Not bad though.

Brilliant product, fits snug in your hand and is two buttoned rather than three like other ones I’ve used which makes it easier to use. The usb sensor is hidden in the battery compartment for anyone who struggles to find it!

Excellent product and value. I have started to suffer from occasional wrist pain and I originally ordered an expensive ergonomic one at my workplace and that turned out to be wired, but got this one for home use.... which at just over a tenner walks all over my expensive work mouse at 1/8th of the cost (and that wasn't even wireless). Just ordered two more for my family.

So when this first arrived, I thought it did not have a receiver in the packaging. However, my son suggested it was inside and it was! So maybe a note on the packaging would help for us not so IT literate people!It is VERY comfortable to use and so far, I am very pleased with it, great value for money.

Sometimes you buy something and you realise that you have found a hidden gem. This mouse is brilliant and at a good price. I have rheumatoid arthritis and an ordinary mouse, even an ergonomic one,does not eliminate the pain that eventually happens through use. This type of mouse is the answer to my prayers and it works well

Nach anhaltenden Schulterproblemen bei langer PC-Arbeit war dies meine erste horizontal-Maus. Ein Versuch, den ich nicht bereut habe!Die Hand liegt ganz natürlich auf, sozusagen in Neutralstellung. Durch die nach unten ausschweifende Form ruht auch die Handwurzel auf der Maus und schiebt nicht über die Unterlage.Die Maus ist ein Leichtgewicht, was die Verwendung mühelos macht. Die beiden Seitenknöpfe sind gut erreichbar und ständig in Gebrauch. Die Oberfläche ist zwar mit dieser matten Gummierung überzogen, die sich meiner Erfahrung nach nach einiger Zeit auflöst und klebrig wird, aber nach einem Jahr Benutzung ist das hier nicht erkennbar, sie sieht aus wie neu.Leiiider ist sie nach knapp einem Jahr nun trotzdem kaputt, die Signale kommen einfach nicht mehr an und nur jeder dritte Klick klickt auch.Da ich bis hierher aber einfach zufrieden war, werde ich dasselbe Modell nochmal bestellen.

Inicialmente tuve dificultades para hacer que la batería hiciera un buen contacto. Posteriormente funcionó sin ningún problema.Recomiendo la compra por su relación calidad-precio.

Bonjour, le produit semble très bien et à l'arrivée je confirme que le plug est bien à l'intérieur du compartiment pile en position verticale dans un petit compartiment. Seul problème pas de notice en français, tout en anglais. Et dans tous les cas pas d'explications sur les boutons sauf sur le réglage de rapidité qui fonctionne très bien. Sur l'usage des 2 boutons plats côté pouce, je crois que c'est avant/arrière mais je suis preneuse d'une confirmation d'usagers ou service client.

Je modifie mon avis de mai 2021, aujourd'hui 30 septembre 2021 la souris ne fonctionne plus, j'ai essayé sur d'autres ordinateurs, en changeant les piles rien y fait...A éviter pour sa fiabilitéAchat réaliser pour plus de confort au bureau, super content de la souris.Attention quand elle s'arrête par intermittence c'est la pile à changer...Dommage pas de voyant d'indication de niveau de batterie.
