It works... but overpriced.
It works... But there's a 1/2 oz of powder in the bottom of this thing that you dab with a wet towelette included, and for the value it's not worth it.For $12 I was expecting the canister be be at least half full or something. A can of Eagle One Never-Dull cost me about 5 or 6 bucks at Auto Zone and it works just as well (and enough to last for years). It did clean the exhaust pipes up some on my '99 ACE but I still ended up going over them again with the Never-Dull and then used Mothers chrome polish after all that. But I can't say this product did something that other products aren't capable of.You pay $12.95 for the product, and then another $4 for shipping, when it's all said and done you have spent a total of $16.95 for a touch of this powder that will probably get you only a couple of cleans. For the price I was expecting some real industrial strength or pro-grade cleaning stuff.

Sort of works
First off... it's 1/2 of 1 oz. So don't accidently dump it over... it will be GONE. If you have blued pipes the odds are that just beyond the blueing is some (what I call) yellowing. It's not quite blue but it is discolored. This stuff with a LOT more effort than they advertise WILL remove the blueing. BUT IT WILL NOT REMOVE THE YELLOWING. So you end up with clean chrome where it was blue and the yellowing remains. Is it an improvement, YES.... Does it make your pipes look "like new"? NO. Also, with them only giving you 0.5 oz if you have a lot of bluing it's simply not enough. They say it "goes a long way"... well, sort of ya. But if you are restoring a bike with old blued pipes it's not enough. If you are maintaining a bike with slight annoying blueing then you will be happy for sure.

Where is it ???
The product is OK,it take a LOT of elbow grease and rubbing to get it to make a difference (not all of us own orbital buffers), but it doeswork . What I was disappointed about was the AMOUNT of product. The tub was 95% empty !!!It had a tiny amount of the powder in the bottom and was barely enough to do ONE item (stainless small pot). It says to make it into a thick paste.... by the time I did that, it was about GONE !!!! And I really did try not to be wasteful with it, since there was hardly anything in there...So, either I got scammed, or it is definitely not worth the staggering amount of $$$ for the amazingly SMALL amount of the powder youactually receive in the tub.

skeptics should believe
I had tried all types of products to remove some discoloration on my Vance and Hines motorcycle chrome pipes. I was skeptical but thought for less than 15 bucks it would be worth a try. Wow, was it ever! Don't know why, but it removed the discolored section and turned into a brilliant like new shine. Negative reviews complain about the small quantity of powder. However it goes a long way. I do agree it takes a lot of hard rubbing to see results, but it does work if you follow the directions. My first attempt I didn't make a thick paste and work in a small area at a time. I spread the product too thinly and it did not work. I then worked in a small area with a thick paste and the discolored chrome disappeared. I cannot emphasize enough it does take hard rubbing, but do not be afraid of damaging the chrome. The product works! If you don't try it you are missing out. By the way, most of my discoloring was gold or yellow with just a hint of blue.

Good but not great for what I was hoping
I was hoping that it was going to work better than it did. I made a good paste and worked it as directed and it only took off some color in some areas. I still had yellow and blue on my pipes. It also did not get rid of the rubber from my shoe on the exhaust. Again, it took off some, but did not get rid of it completely. Also left some scratches in the chrome. They are minor and you can't see them unless you are close up, but they are there.

Look at the net Weight!!
.5 ounces....NOT 5 ounces....0.5 ounces. What a let down...there is hardly anything in this large package of an item. Not enough product to clean the whole muffler...I would need to buy two of these things to do that. Seems like the manufacturer really skimped on the product amount in this thing.

Derby Cycles is fraudulent and misrepresenting this product.
This ad is flat out Fraud! I asked the Amazon Represetative by phone before I purchased the product, how many canisters am I going to receive. Plus I have now shown your current Blue-Job Amazon ad to 14 employees at our morning marketing meeting. EVERYONE said, "you are advertising 12- Blue-Job canisters"!Derby Cycles should ship the complete order, per internet contract. I only received one small canister, not enough product to clean my motorcycle pipes, 1979 CBX with six pipes and two mufflers. If Derby Cycles and Amazon were honest and ethical they would have at least changed the ad for future customers, something like - "you are purchasing one small canister of Blue-Job", Not a box of 12 canisters ..as pictured on-line!

Amazing
This product is amazing. It takes patience and a lot of elbow grease. I worked on my pipes that had about 6" of blue and gold discoloration on them for a good 10-15 min. While it was working well I found that if you are very carful and take your time you can use the buffer wheel on a dremmel. This took it from probably a 2 hr job to about a half hr. This product is worth every penny. $17 for blue job or $480 for new pipes. I'll go with the $17!
