After using the pan for 2 months, the non-stick carbon steal is coming off!
Never higher temp tthan Medium, the carbon steel coating is chipping off into food and I see the steel below the non-stick, so I have to toss the pan in the garbage, as it's no longer non-stick! I'm just wondering what medical test there is to check what non-stick I've consumed!
