The Helpful Fox Senko-san: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

I was skeptical at first I thought it was going to be super cheesy and really corny. Although both of those are correct it’s also such a cute “feel good” anima. Senko-San is so cute and heartwarming. My main complaint is one most people fine. Although technically Senko-San is a REALLY old kitsune she looks maybe 14. I’m just scared how this will look to anyone “not in the know”, but that’s kinda a me thing. My other slight complaint is they need to update the product images on Amazon. What I got was not what it looked like. (Although the blu-ray came with everything advertised) also the art inside the blu-ray case is super nice and cute looking.

Little pricy but worth it

A little background before i begin my review. I usually do write off certain slice of life anime's due to being a bit on the generic side there is some that can fall into the "i have seen it before and has nothing on the surface". But after watching weekly along with everyone else and giving it an honest shot, i then began to have an appreciation for not only the art, but the authors intent that is translated very well into anime form. Which is to say that this anime is meant to not only make you feel relaxed, but it feels very relatable to those that work a 9-5 or an office job, who have issues connecting with other people, and being far away from home. Needing interaction or a waifu to come home to is understandable in this context. I can not recommend Senko-San enough for those that work a lot or feel the stress of working some days. Do not write it off like i did before, there is a lot of heart, and it never overstays its welcome due to all the fun things that happens in each episode. Give it a shot at least a few episodes and be sure to watch after the credits because there is nice extra's as well that i know many will appreciate.

Looking for an anime that just calms the spirit and just makes everything feel okay? Well, I could not recommended this more. I would have given this 5 stars but the box was broken when it arrived. As far as the show itself, its probably my new favorite anime.

This anime is perfect for someone who lives a stressful lifestyle and your looking for a comfortable and easy going fantasy after work.

This is an adorable wholesome anime that, at it's core, is about having a fox demigod waifu.I know that at first glance from the trailers, the premise seems creepy and exploitive.However, I assure you from having watched it and knowing the story, that's not the case at all.There is no antagonist, no violence, and very little drama.Even the after credit scenes re-live a concept from that episode with you in the guys place in a very soothing manner.

I agree with the consensus. This is a lovely and refreshing anime. Anyone who feels old and tired will appreciate for sure. I do have a couple episodes left before finishing. Also, I'm curious if I'll like it even more subbed. I tried dubbed first on this one. I wish the Japanese soundtrack was 5.1 but then... it's not like this is an action movie or anything.

Loved this show. As someone who works 12 to 14 hr shifts, I can understand how work can get to you. Makes me wish I had my own senko. This anime is wholesome and just down right enjoyable. Especially after a hard day at work.

Bluray amazing only real annoying bit was method of delivery by fed ex , ex stands for expletives as it would have been quicker to have walked to pick it up from the states I live in the UK that's the level of crap I had to suffer from fedex

product was region locked when i put it in the Blue Ray player. this is ridiculous considering that the product is being sold to a region that is not compatible. Do not buy this product unless you have a way to circumvent the issue of Region lock

Unfortunately the blu ray doesn't work on my blu ray player it only works on American blu ray player not British, but it doesn't say anything on the information, I'm making a compliant against this, not putting information about blu-ray not been able to play on uk blu ray player

Be nice if they specified region A only, now I can't watch it.
