Good rim, poor seller
My local bike shop recommended this rim as a bulletproof rim after I bent other rims with very aggressive riding on an ebike. The shop built the wheel with this rim and so far it's been great. I'm not very impressed with the seller. My first order never showed up and I suspect was never actually sent out. The second time I ordered was hit or miss about whether I'd get it. It finally showed up many days later than expected.
