I have to replace some valves for a sink on a double wide Pex plumbing. A little apprehensive because I had never worked with Pex before. This tool made the job a snap. The crimper, clamps and cutter are all in one case making it easy to keep all the tools needed for a repair or build job in one place. This may not be the tool but the full-time plumber who works on Pex all day long would buy but for the beginner or DYI guy who only has an occasional need I can't imagine the better tool to fit the bill at the price. This one gets the job done so I pay a lot more money if you don't need to?

The crimpers and cutters work great! The carrying case and the crimp rings are a great bonus. Almost bought crimpers at a big box store but paid less money for this set and got all the extra stuff. Well worth the money!

Not going to last a lifetime and not incredibly durable but it works beautifully and for no more often than I'm going to need it it's a handy addition to my tool kit.

I had never done pex before so I was weary about spending a lot of money on a crimp tool for a small job to test using pex. It was fairly easy and easier than sweating copper. This tool worked fine for crimping but the handles are too short. The shortness of the handles makes it difficult to get sufficient leverage to close the crimp head. When I do pex on a full scale, I'll definitely be using a different tool with longer handles.

I'm remodeling my house and switching over to all Pex tubing. This tool kit has worked very well, and the storage bag is a helpful addition. Crimp tool is study with no play/wiggle in the design.

This set is great! I bought these while working on a 2 bathroom addition on my house. The tools are great, the rings that came with it were also good quality. No leaks in any fitting first time crimped. The zip up case is a nice addition but not the highest quality. I would recommend these to anyone doing occasional plumbing. Great Buy.

Takes a surprising amount of muscle to clamp, but works well.
