I don't often take time out to write reviews, but I was just so impressed with these that I immediately felt compelled to leave a review.These are just the best quality J-Hooks that I've seen. They fit perfectly, they're attractive and functional. MUCH nicer than Titan Fitness ones that I had to return because I got the wrong size. The fact that they have a knob and set screw to tighten them down further is just icing on the cake.5-stars all the way.

I ordered these for my husband’s Valor BD-33 rack. They arrived well packaged and out of the box seemed sturdy and capable of doing their intended job. None of the protruding screw issues from other reviewers were found; paint and everything appeared to be great, until they were mounted on the uprights of the rack. One fit perfect with very little movement, the other would not lock into place because the support “L” that goes on the backside of the upright was binding just past the rear corner of the rack. It appears that the side portion of the “L” is either cut incorrectly or the bend is started slightly too soon.Requested a replacement set from Amazon, which just arrived today, with the exact same problem. The J-cup with the weld on the left side as you look at the front is the issue. It would seem that there is something off in the production of this one hook, because in both sets its companion fits fine and both left side hooks display the exact same flaw. The replacement hook was not nearly as pronounced as the original, but would still not lock into place without the application of force. Photos are of the original hook send before replacement asked for.After the second hooks arrived a refund was requested and Amazon was a breeze to work with for the return on both sets. No cost to me.Additionally I did contact the company after the first set arrived and before I requested a replacement set thru Amazon. They accepted responsibility for the problem and offered to either send me a refund or a replacement set of J-hooks while also allowing me to keep the defective set. I decided that I would just order a set of Valor hooks.

These work good for the 2x2 rack. One of the lift offs was off a bit and would not sit flush so i had to tap it in a bit, but it fits now. The screw that holds the back part to the rack ensures it will not move when you lift the weights on and off. These look good on the rack as well.

These were perfect for the price. I bought these to use on the fitness reality power rack, but they should fit any 2x2 power rack. One of my favorite things about these is the whole inner part of the j hook portion is covered to protect your barbell. I've not fully tested the limit, the most I've tested is with a little bit more than 400 lbs. They seem very sturdy, and the price was fantastic.

I was skeptical about buying new J hooks because of other product reviews but I was happy I bought these. They're borderline perfect outside one small flaw. The pressure screw on the back doesn't have any protection on it so it will dig in and mar the paint and dent the frame if you overtighten. I put a couple of pads on mine, which seems obvious, but wasn't done by the manufacturer for some reason.

Decent J-hooks. Only issue was one of the screws holding the pads on was stripped, and not screwed in all the way (bottom screw in the pics). The screwhead stuck out, and would have scratched my barbell. I was able to remove it, and now the hooks function fine.Minor manufacturing issue aside, these are a great value for the price.

The welds are decent, the paint is good and the overall build quality is more than acceptable. This is saving the knurling on my Rogue Ohio Power bar from being excessively worn, so I am very happy. Great value for the price!

I bought these to replace my Titan Fitness X-3 squat rack J hooks since one was defective. These fit it perfectly with removing the outer adapter to place in the rack, to accommodate the smaller holes.
