I don't really get the point of 3 bottles of the same thing - that being said I do like this product. Felt nice and smooth and hydrating. The packaging was beautiful and the ingredients are skin friendly beneficial ingredients!

I was curious about Danahan Bon Yeon Jin's skincare products, and I thought this 3 piece Essence set was a good place to start. The set itself is good value and contains one large container as well as two travel size containers of the Essence product. As others have noted, all 3 bottles are the same product, but they're different sizes for your convenience.When I first used the Essence, I wasn't quite sure what to think of it. The look and feel is similar to a serum, but it's much oily. The scent is fairly light and pleasant, but after using the product my skin simply looked shiny. The moisturizing effects, unfortunately, were very, very short lived. As soon as the product dried, my skin felt drier than it had before even using the product.While this skincare company seems to have some interesting products that are well liked, this Essence did not play well with my skin type and I don't think I'd purchase it again.

I was expecting this set to come with a large bottle of Essence, and two smaller bottles of Toner and Emulsion, like pictures in the product description show, but my set came with three bottles of Essence...one large bottle and two smaller bottles (see my pic). So I am a little disappointed that I don't get to try the whole set. It's not really a "set" if it's three of the same products...That being said, the "set" comes in a beautiful box and the bottles that the products come in have a luxurious, high quality feel to them. The box is so nice that I don't want to discard it!!The Esssence is a thick serum that glides on smoothly and absorbs into my skin quickly. It leaves a silky finish, probably due to it containing silcones. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized, although as it gets colder and drier outside, I will need to layer this under a moisturizing cream. I wish my set had come with the correct three products, because I really wanted to see how they work together and if the final product (the Emulsion) would add the extra moisture I need during the drier months of the year.If you are sensitive to scented products, you might not like this Essence. It has a heavy floral based scent which I think smells wonderful. It reminds me of a high-end perfume or the skin care lines that are sold at fancy department stores.I gave this "set" three stars, simply because what I received is not what the pictures show and I didn't get to try out all the products that normally come in the set. I thought maybe I was mistaken, but when I search for this set online at other retailers, pictures and descriptions say that it comes with a large bottle of Essence, a smaller bottle of Toner, and a small bottle of Emulsion. So, I think a mistake might have been made when it was being packaged and I see that another reviewer also had this problem.

I'm very impressed with the Danahan Bon Yeon Jin Essence Set. The packaging is very nice and gift-quality. The product itself is the star of the show! I especially love the texture which is smooth without feeling too greasy. It has a very pleasant fresh scent as well. Best of all, it absorbs into my skin well, which is perfect for the colder months ahead where my skin gets really dry. The only thing I find a little confusing is that the two smaller packs seem to be the same product as the bigger one. However, this is a good thing, because the essence itself is exceptional!

I received 1 big bottle of and 2 little bottles of anti-wrinkle essence. I wish there were instructions on how to use it. It's really hard to get anything out of the little bottles. I'm probably going to have to insert a stick in there to scoop it out. The big bottle worked well.The essence has a light fragrant scent which is nice. It leaves the skin feeling very hydrated and soft. My skin has been feeling slightly oilier after using this.

I was very excited to try this anti wrinkle essence after learning about all the skin benefits of red ginger. The kit comes with one large bottle & two small bottles. They're all labeled "anti wrinkle essence". Its unclear if these are three separate products or if they're all 3 the same product. There are no instructions in English included so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be using the 3 bottles in any particular order. Whatever was in the 2 small bottles was difficult to get out. I wasn't able to squeeze or pour any product out of the small bottles. I had to dig it out with a small brush. The stuff in the small bottles smells similar to whats in the large pump bottle but seems to have a different consistency. The serum-type product in the large bottle does have a nice scent. Its a little flowery but not overwhelming or offensive. It absorbs fairly quickly into my skin & leaves a soft buttery finish. I really wish there were instructions included as well as descriptions of what is in each container. I don't like flying blind when it comes to skin care.

As some other reviewers also experienced, I got three bottles of the essence instead of three separate skincare steps. However, I ended up being so happy with the essence that I'm actually glad I have so much extra. I've been using this essence nightly, and I've been shocked at my results. Whereas most skincare takes weeks, if not months, of consistent use before results are seen, I have results with this product practically overnight. It is extremely hydrating and smoothing, and I do feel like I've seen a reduction in my fine lines as well. I know other reviewers were bothered by the scent, but to me it is barely noticeable. It dissipates pretty quickly, as well, so it's not an issue at all for me. Overall this is truly a 5 star product for me and I will continue to use it!
