Other books about the Camino often mention the lack of visibility of route markers. This little book takes care of the deficiencies.

This book came in handy for my Camino. We were able to plan our days with the amount of time we had.. Very good information about itinerary and town geography. Worth buying!

I agree with the first review. It is smaller and harder to read. The previous version with the 2014 publish date is lot easier to read.

The book is smaller than the previous one, which makes the maps smaller and more difficult to read.

A must have for the Camino!

I own a paper copy of the book and thought it might be nice to have a more portable version of the maps. What a waste of money! The digital images are fuzzy and unreadable. Stick with the paper or scan your own.

This is the stripped down version of the “book of John” the definitive guide to the Camino.The stages it proposes are mostly great and it is easy to make your own variations.If you don’t wanted to stay in hostels it helps to book ahead. Not actually that much dearer if you are sharing a room in a pension are small private hotel. We paid about 50 euros a night. Most of them were listed in the book with very helpful maps. My friend went far the full book not sure it added much but weight.

Fabulous guide to the camino

This looks good although I have not yet had time to proceed with my plans to go, this may not be until next year so will be able to review after then. David M.

COULD NOT HAVE DONE THE WALK WITHOUT AS GREAT DETAILS AND INFORMATION, YET SO COMPACT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD....MY DAUGHTER SAID IT WAS AN ESSENTIAL ITEM FOR THE FRENCH WALK TO SANTIAGO

Great book with lots of detail, would definitely recommend
