Quality Bag
Great little punching bag! I use it for a 30 minute workout I found on YouTube. As long as there is enough sand in the bottom the bag works great.

Very Misleading
The bag is not what I expected. 1. Once I blew it up, it falls down when I punch it. 2. It doesn't bounce back quick enough for me to get the full effect. 3. Total waste of money.
