Gets the job done
Works perfectly fine, but it feels pretty cheap. It wobbles a lot. Makes me kinda nervous using it with my LAOWA 100mm macro lens since it's so heavy. Nevertheless, I've been using it for a few months with no issues.

Works but a bit of wiggle
These don't fit as tight as I would like. I can feel a bit of slop when they are stacked together.

Makes the impossible possible, for cheap.
Great value, makes any Z lens into a macro lens. Also works with any F mount lens with the FTZ adapter. Autofocus works well. The longer the lens, the bigger the magnification, so use both parts. For shorter lenses (50mm and down) I only use the smaller part.4 stars because there is some chromatic aberration in the edges of the photo, It gets worse the closer you are. But for the price compared to macro lenses, it doesn't bother me.Photos taken with Z50, 50-250mm kit lens. Edited with Luminar 4.

A great product for Nikon Z mount. Affordable price.
The Meike MK-Z-AF1 product is impressive. First and most importantly, the autofocus works fine with Nikon Z cameras (I use a Z 6). All electronic contacts are perfectly aligned. And the product has metal mount and high quality plastic barrel, looking amazing. With the price, I definitely give a 5.Please note that the extension tubes work better with wide-angle to standard lenses (actually all extension tubes do). Such as 24mm, 35mm, or 50mm, or 24-70mm zoom. When I use a 35mm f1.8 with both tubes, I can achieve 1:1 ratio at close focus distance of about 7cm. With this setup, the focus range will be only about 0.7cm (from 7cm to 7.7cm), but this is how extension tube works.Update (on August 6, 2021): I have opportunity to use this tube with Nikon Z 35mm f1.8 S and Nikon ES-2 film digitizer kit. It is a perfect fit with the 18mm tube, and I can get close to 1:1 reproduction ratio for photoing film.

Not the best quality
I bought a MEKE set as well as this one. This one is going back. As soon as I put just the two tubes together I could feel slop in the connection and flexing just a little caused them to sag/"bend" a bit. No way I'm putting heavy lenses on these. Even though the new Z Nikon lenses are very light, that tiny "bend" would affect the line of focus if I chose to use more than one tube.

Loose Tolerances
The tolerances on these are just not good enough for critical photo work. When I mount a lens, there’s a significant amount of play. Beyond worries of hanging expensive glass on an extension tube that doesn’t lock firmly in place, it’s almost impossible to achieve critical focus because there is enough movement to affect focus. This also affects the focus plane as well since there’s enough movement to throw the lens plane out of alignment with the sensor plane. They’re no longer precisely parallel to each other. It would be nice if Nikon made an original set of Z extension tubes built to the same standards as they’re sublime Z lenses. For now, I’ll just have to try another third party brand because these certainly don’t cut it for critical closeup work.

Don't wait any longer! This is the one!
I really enjoy using this on my z6. it works just the way you think it would. I like this better than some of the cheaper ones that I've used in the past, because you can still autofocus. The Price is Right so why not grab one. I'm considering buying a second to extend the tube.

Great Accessory at a Great Price
Great set of macro rings at a great price. They work well with my new Nikon z50; handles auto exposure like a charm, but not autofocus (but then again, I really didn’t expect them to).
