Honestly I bought this hat for my Lydia Deetz halloween costume, so for that it's perfect. As other reviewers have noted, the hat itself is big (not the part where you put your head just the hat in general). There are of course creases which is expected as it's a foldable hat, and is shipped folded. I haven't worn it out yet, so we will see how it fares once it's used. FOLLOW UP - the creases didn't really come out when i tried to iron it or let it sit with heavy things on top. The hat held up well for my Halloween night and I will definitely hold onto this for future use.

I am very heat- and light-sensitive and this hat is wide enough and hopefully breezy enough to keep me safe while I work in the yard as the temperature rises this summer. The edge of the brim of this hat is malleable and I love that I can adjust the angle and shape of the brim, though this also means it is never quite flat, giving the entire brim a bumpy appearance. Perhaps that will settle down in time. This hat will last!

I need extra large hat to protect me from the burning sun as I live in desert climate. This one can give me enough shade as it's large and flexible. I'm very happy with this purchase because it's inexpensive and looks elegant enough for everyday use. It's folded during shipping so it does needs some time to restore to its shape. But it also means you can just fold it and tuck it into your bag for daily use.

The color red is a much more darker red then I anticipate to wear with my red off shoulder 2pc blk polka dot bikini bathing suit, however it'll work.

It’s the sun coverage you need ...wide enough on all sides... not tooheavy... looks more expensive thanit is... holds the shape after extensivewearing.

Since I need protection from the sun due to my medications, this is perfect.i really like the one with black trim but I chose the all natural do it could go with any outfit I choose to wear. Good quality

I like throwing my hat on and heading out. This hat requires that you shape it and correct the look every time you wear it. I found that to be annoying. that I had to make the hat look presentably every time. I did like that fact once the hat looked right that it didn't move. The other thing I did not like was the fact it is made for someone with a small head. My head is average size and the fit was off. I would not purchase this hat again, but I do plan to use it through the summer.
