These “loupes” are horrible! My Oroscoptic loupes are out for repair and I didn’t want toSpend an arm and a leg for a temporary pair that would be used in only extreme circumstances.My declination and working distance is not “standard” so getting a rental pair from Oroscoptic wasn’t really an available option. Therefore I figured getting a cheapo pair that at least allows for an adjustable declination and a “close enough” working distance would work for the time being.Bottom line, because of the adjustable ppd there is a slide with the loupes being out of alignment. Because of this design flaw one of the loupes itself is too low which means you get double vision no matter what you do, you can not get a clear visual field at all.Also every single time you lift the loupes out of the way, the bottom of the loupes are still in your field of vision, it’s more effective to simply leave them in place and look over them as you would a ttl loupe.If you do choose to lift the Loupes up and down, be prepared to readjust every single time you bring them down. The ppd will move out of place because it can not be tightened, and each loupe decides to almost completely loosen and become so wonky, you have to re-adjust everything!The light itself is HUGE, and difficult to get out of the way when you want to lift your loupes out of the way.The ONLY good thing is the light is super bright and has an adjustable brightness option.Honestly if you want a headache from double vision, the joy of hurting your patients because you have no actual idea where their mouth is, and enjoy constantly wasting everyone’s time because you have to re-adjust the placements EVERY SINGLE TIME you move them or your head, then these are for you.If you want loupes that actually work without thought or constant annoyance then DO NOT purchase these.I’m choosing at this point to just go without until I get my loupes back from repair.

The light is bright but cannot be clipped to either my leaded glasses or my professional loupes. The loupes themselves are very heavy, to the point that I’m afraid they’ll fall off my face after a few minutes. They’re at least twice as heavy as my leaded glasses, which already do slide down during longer cases. I returned this and am considering purchasing the light-only option from this company (it appears to have a different attachment).

Headlight was great. I could not get the lenses alighted so I had to return.
