Not impressed or worth the money spent on it. Only one side of the pad gets cleaned or squeezed dry when placed into water due to the fact you can only put it in via one direction. The velcro is as already coming loose and we have owned it one week. A cheap swiffer would do just as well. Seriously, this is more of a headache than it is worth. The dirty water runs into the clean water. I absolutely hate this system.

Mop head only folds in one direction on the handle ...so you're always cleaning same side of the mop ....lid does not snap on securely...when you remove the mop from the tank, the lid comes off too ...poor engineering ....mop itself does a good job cleaning

Needs deeper bucket to clean the top end since it doesn’t swivel 360. But eh... it is what it is

I was super pleased when I first got this. I used it a few times right away then put it up with the leftover solution still in the reservoir. When I came back to use it later there was solution leaking onto the top of the mop, and the floor. When I touched the solution container to pick it up I noticed it almost fell off so I thought maybe it wasn’t in there right. When I used it there was solution spilling all over the place but hoped that was from the spillage.I cleaned everything up and put it back, this time knowing I put the reservoir in right. I came back the next day to the same mess. So this time I cleaned it up and left the reservoir OFF thinking maybe it just shouldn’t sit on there when not in use.Wrong again. When I used it for the first time after trying this method it didn’t have a lot of excess solution on the mop head and leaking onto to floor, but when I picked it up to take the dirty mop head off and it was slightly uneven I estimate about a 1/4 c of liquid came spilling out on me, the floor and the poor dog under my feet. I had only used it for a small area where there had been a spill. I don’t know if it would have been worse or the same if I used it for my whole house or even a whole room.I’m disappointed in both the product and that I didn’t notice until after the return date (mostly due to remodeling happening in my home).I'm giving it three stars only because it gets 5 in the three categories Amazon asks me to review: ease of use, Maneuverability, and lightweight. All of these are excellent and require no further explanation IMO.

I love this mop. I love the way the water is held in the container as to not splash all over the place like a normal bucket. I love the way you rinse the mop in the bucket......I just wish it went in a little easier. It seems to be tough to start and gradually gets easier as you wash, rinse and reuse. I normally keep this right in my kitchen by my back door. With 2 Great Dane's and 5 kids, things get rather messy fast.As for maneuverability that is another thing that I wish was easier. It is a little tough to push, but overall the extra push is building up my arm muscles and giving me a workout. The front and back is ok, but the around an object is rather difficult. It is a great wet/dry mop for quick pick-ups.I am overall pleased with my purchase.

This mop makes mopping the entire house easy! I no longer need multiple pads, and I no longer have to touch a gross dirty mop pad. This system works pretty well but it is a little difficult to rinse the entire pad due to the design. I wish you could insert either end into the rinse slot.The drying side works fabulous, it leaves the pad at the perfect wetness to continue mopping. And all the pads go through the wash machine when I’m done, the bucket and container are easy the rinse and keep clean as well.

I absolutely hate wringing out a mop by hand so I'm a huge fan of these spin mops. The one I had prior to buying this one had been used to the point of no return. Not to imply that my floors are always clean, I'd just had it for a looong time!I loved the fact that with this bucket you can spin the mop around in the water before wringing it out in the spinner basket but every time I would pull it out of the water, the mop would come off the handle! At that point, I had to pick up the soaking wet mop and put it back on the handle. So I'm thinking that something is wrong with the mop. As it turned out upon further inspection it ended up being operator error. I'm ashamed to admit that I neglected to secure the mop to the handle. There's a white piece at the base of the handle that needs to be tightened onto the mop head and once I figured that out, no more problem! It's pretty bad when you're not smart enough to mop floors but I'm gonna blame it on getting old just to make myself feel better!
